I bought the Bordeaux Soho during F & F in October and loved it so much I bought the vermilion on a whim. With the further price reduction and e-bates it was a great deal. I love these little bags, I'm tempted to get one in every color! I'm just sad I missed out on chestnut.

I'm so glad you posted a side by side. Ordered both colors myself & wondered if they'd be too similar. Guess not! I got utility also. I love these. I find them to hold more than a regular dinky. I know they are really popular so I'm hoping for purple & grey to show up.
YES!! The Soho holds more than a Dinky for me as well. Surprisingly roomy. Black was the only remaining color that worked with my collection so I caved. So much rationalization, so little cash
If I didn't have a Flax Dinky - I would have gone there too. They're a surprising gem

I don’t have a Dinky 24 so I can’t attest. I can get a couple additional items (smaller, natch) in the Soho over a regular Dinky.
Maybe others can help?
I think they're not very similar at all. The vermilion is a very pretty deep orange. Grey would be really nice. I'd love to get these in all the colors but I must restrain myself. I did also order the primrose one so I could choose between it and the vermilion. I was so tempted to just keep it but I was good and sent it back!

I don't think it does. A regular Dinky yes, but not a 24.
I have several Dinky 24s. They hold more than the Soho. Specifically , I can put my full size soft wallet in the 24 but it won't fit (without wrestling) into the Soho.
