OK,ty.I hope I can fix it. Also I can't find any info on it. It's an older NYC bag,the hangtag is really thick and one sided.it kinda looks like a city bag,but its not..idk.I'll post a pic in a few days when it's a little bit dryer.thanks for your help!
Might be a Compartment bag #9850 but hard to tell w/o more pics. Once it dries you can post full pics on the ID or Authenticate thread and know for sure. But post how it turns out here, too! [emoji846]
You just bought it this morning and you are already sure it needs dyeing? My rehabs take days. Often a bag takes 3 or more days to dry, and several more days to do all the coats of conditioner, usually at least a week in all. When conditioner makes dark marks, they usually absorb after awhile. Less than a day isn't long enough to see results, IMO.
Because of the pen marks. It's a pretty old bag and the stains have already set..I'm kind of impatient when it comes to fixing things.[emoji4] maybe it won't need it.(hope not)it just seemed as if it wasn't absorbing as fast as some of my previous bags
Add this to your Don't Do list: don't apply CPR immediately over BR, even on 'just this one little area that feels a tiny bit dry'. Said area will look very nice, but feel like plastic even if you buff until your arm falls off. Redunk!
Thanks to all the helpful posts here (and I've been poring over this forum!) I've had some successful rehabs! I'm so happy with how this bag turned out! 
Thanks to all the great and detailed advice on this forum, I was able to successfully remove shoe polish from this bag and now it just glows after the rehab!
I still don't understand WHY?? anyone uses CPR except for the fact that it is inexpensive. There is NO WAY that CPR gunk is silicone FREE....If it feels like silicone & acts like silicone...
Congrats on removing the shoe polish...a rehabber's "rite of passage" for sure!
