Lol coach943, glad someone here got it! I had it for a while, but had to take my daughter to flute right before it ended! Congrats!

Thanks - I sniped it from you. I've learned that I have to use esnipe.com for all my ebay buying so I don't get into bidding wars with people or pay more than I decide beforehand I should. I set my maximum price then forget it until the auction is over. I was so excited when I checked my email and found out I won this one!

I'm so pleased someone here won it and for a good price too! It's a lovely bag, surprisingly large but is a nice weight to wear. Enjoy it!

I didn't know esnipe existed! Thanks coach943! And please post pics when you get your new beauty!

I just bought an Ergo in what I think is British Tan.:D
It is hard to see the actual colors on the computer.
Does anyone have any suggestions on rehabing that color? It has some dark marks, but no allover darkning/staining.:help:
I was planning on a nice bath with Dawn and following that up with conditioning with Leather CPR.

I can't help debar, but would love to see pics when you get it!

Hey rehabbers! I thought you might get a kick out of what I'll be up to next Tuesday:

Woohoo!
Oh wow! I'm so envious of you all in the US. I would never be able to find anything decent in the bag department of any thrift shop here.

Have a great time Beccabaglady!
Please post pics of any great finds. I'm looking for an early kisslock in 'rehabbable' condition for a Christmas present (to me from DH). Anything - double kisslock or watermelon or this so please keep me in mind.

The approach you are proposing sounds like a good start to me. You may find that it needs no more than that. It's quite amazing what a bath and a few coats of conditioning (leaving it a day or so between coats) can do, finished off with Black Rock of course!

Good luck and please post before and after pics!

My hopefully first project http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-23576...880?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item4acbb4c9c0

That blue is perfect and it just needs a strap fixed <3

And would superglue for leather work? I don't see why not

I just looked at the pictures of your blue bag. I would check with Coach and see if they would repair it. It looks like it should not have come apart, it is pretty new and the bag does not look abused in any way. If that does not work, then off to the shoe store. They have access to much better glue and gluing methods than regular folks.
Good Luck! Lovely bag;)

Whateve...or any of the wonderful rehabbers here...reference this bag

I'm happy with everything but the handles. Despite a good bit of scrubbing while in the bath and lots of Leather CPR, the handles are still dark. Is there anything I can do to bring back more of the beautiful color?
She's a beautiful bag! I'm very much a novice, however it is my understanding from reading about it that darkening caused by patina is irremovable as its caused by the bag absorbing natural oils from skin. There may be a way to prevent it getting darker? I'd love to hear from tetondeb on this topic.
