I'm on a rehab roll. Just finished this toffee ergo, and listed it. Sold within minutes! Guess I should have asked for more money. :)

Hello, all, and Happy New Year. I have a new bag to rehab that is unlike any rehab I've done before. Not super dramatic, but I have a bag from the Nautical collection from 1990 in white with navy trim and strap. I'm itching to dunk it, but wanted to see how dunking a spectator bag has worked out for others here. I did a search and see many replies saying there was no bleeding between the colors. I'm curious if anyone has had a different experience or any suggestions beyond the typical dunk, shape, condition, buff. Thanks for any inspiration.

I couldn't wait.....no bleeding! More photos as it dries.
Please! This is a style I could think about trying … a Duffle without the weight with a wide full circle opening

This one was one of my faves as well. I have it in beige and it holds an amazing amount of "stuff" for it's size. Sadly it is not comfortable for me to use it anymore because of the spaghetti straps.
I'm a person who habitually carries EVERYTHING in a purse, so the style is small for me. I've got to learn to pare it down. I bring everything everywhere, "just in case." My current go to purse weighs a ton.

A stunner, not surprised it sold so quickly ❤️
Thanks! I sold a yellow ergo zip #9033 about 6 months ago. I listed this one at the same price. However, when I checked listings currently for sale, the median price was at least $100 more. One was listed for $580. I went on an "ergo pocket zip" buying binge a couple years ago. Still have about 4 waiting for rehab. Got a brown. Got an ink (for me). I think I have another toffee.

Glitter bomb in what I think is a basic bag!!!

I dunked it and saw this shiny stuff that I thought was unrinsed soap (pic 1). But noooo, there is a ton of very finely milled (lucky me) glitter make up like product in the pocket!! Which has now transferred to the whole bag...

I've given up trying to remove the glitter from the outside (masking tape is too weak, duct tape is too strong) - and there's not too much anyhow). But I'll be spending the day with some tape trying to get it out of the inner pocket (pic 2)!!

3rd pic is pre-glitter attack. It isn't toooo bad, the bag just has a little extra flair now!

Tape works well to remove the glitter inside the pocket.

It looks like you've done a good job of getting rid of it. It's happened to me frequently enough (once is too much), that I've now begun to inspect the inside of bags and pockets with a flashlight before dunking, hoping to spot any shiny stuff and flick or vac it away before the water hits it. And if you buy a bag online, don't you just dislike getting it wrapped in glitter tissue paper?? That stuff should be outlawed - it causes a mess!

This is my first rehab so a great time to learn the glitter lesson haha! And yes, it is SO bad when items come wrapped in glitter, such a hazard...
