I'd like to see the after. I've bought several used keychains but never tried dip.OOps. I posted in wrong forum.I'll show off what I bought anyway. As far as rehabbing this, I've got a jar of jewelry dip. You soak it and scrub it with a soft brush for a bit, and it sparkles like new.

Thanks...will take not of thisI've never used either of those. I believe many people on the forum have used Apple. If you do a rehab with the products normally recommended for rehab, that should give all the protection you need.
Sweet! Thank you so much--was just about to order more elsewhere.Hi, rehabbing peeps. I found this good deal online on Leather CPR, and thought I'd share it. They currently have 30% off and free shipping over $50 if you join their email list. I just got 5 bottles for $69.00-ish. https://www.lakeside.com/product/leather-cpr-cleaner-conditioner/LS_101162

At different times I have been caught without an umbrella carrying a vintage bag. Just the other day I was using my BT carrier (back to commuting up to 2 1/2 hours a day for the presentHi, I would like to seek for recommendations of water and stain protector for leather bags which is good for Coach vintage bag.?
Hi! Catching up on some posts here. I have shared here before that what really sucked me into the vintage Coach vortex haha was finding a few beat up, stained bags at a flea market for 10 bucks each. I bought them as “test” bags for to try out the deep conditioner products on to see what they could do after a full dunk. The bags came out great and hooked me but good! I’m lucky enough that I can thrift some cheap test bags even in this insane vintage Coach market. Cheap bags x not attached to outcome = great way to experience how stains, wear, etc improve or not with refurbishing. Good luck and happy rehabbingOh thank you for sharing your thought process!! This is really helpful in helping me learn. I hope you update how they clean-up, that british tan looked like it had some serious work on the bottom!
My first memory of a Coach bag was my mom's closet. I was about 6 or 7 years old, and she let me into the closet to "play" with the purses. She had many Enid Collins jeweled purses, which fascinated me. Birds, trees, coins, very colorful. She did make a speech, however, about but you can't touch this one! It was a Coach purse. Now, I touch all the purses.Hi All--just browsing rehab videos and this forum while working on my first rehab project of a 1996 camel coach court.
I will never forget the first time I ever saw Coach bag --it was back in 1990 after landing at the Narita International Airport in Tokyo. I fell in love instantly while standing and looking up and down a 15 foot plus tall shrine (wall) of elegantly displayed Coach leather bags.
It's taken me over 30 years before I could afford one of these original beauties and it really breaks my heart to see so many of these beautiful bags treated so poorly over the years.
The complaint is about this bag? It looks gorgeous IMO. What is her complaint? This may not be the place but I am looking to commiserate with anyone who resells their bags that has a difficult buyer story to share. I’ve only rehabbed and sold a few bags. I have just come across my first difficult buyer who basically is expecting a bag to be restored to look perfectly like new when it is in fact it is almost 25 years old. The before photo looks better than it did in person (it looked more gray) and I know the color is not an exact match. Of course this and all other details were stated in the listing. I’ve sold lots of other things online and have had some doozies for buyers so rationally I know I’m being sensitive because I put a lot of work into the bag. And I know you can’t please everyone.

She probably didn't read the measurements and is making up an excuse to return. What site did you sell it on?This may not be the place but I am looking to commiserate with anyone who resells their bags that has a difficult buyer story to share.
