I have the rest of the day off so Im gonna be doing 3 rehabs at once, plus polishing some extra straps! I finally feel some motivation but I might be biting off more than I can chew here lol.

So many straps! Lucky! I need a black crossbody strap for an incoming bag - I have one that will work, but it's not adjustable. I've been looking for a cheap black bag on eBay. I've also been keeping an eye out for a red strap for my Regina and Casino (I don't want a rolled strap, but more like the one that the Lunchbox and Pocket Purse comes with) and a Mahogany strap for my Court
I'm rehabbing almost the same trio, except in place of the pocket purse, I have a companion flap.

Haha Id offer to send you a strap but I need them for my rehab bags that didn’t come with a strap
I saw a lot of ebay listings from a seller who was selling vintage coach straps but I can’t seem to find them anymore, Ill keep an eye out if I see any strap listings for you

Rehab reveal! I have a few multiples of vintage bags, purchased either by chance or by design. Here is a teaser picture of my most recent group of multiples, any guesses?

Here is my current collection of Coach Scooter Bags 3893! The colors (L-R) are: Navy, Red, British Tan, and Bottle Green and they were all made in the USA in the early 1990s.
I bought the first one (British Tan) in 2011 and I've spent a total of $80 for all 4 bags. I have previously posted photos of my British Tan and Bottle Green Scooters but I will post before and after pics of my recent navy and red rehabs next.
As mentioned before, my interest in Scooters was reawakened by this recent Marie Clare article about the joys of carrying a vintage red Scooter during a pandemic:

MrsGAM what product did you use on the piping to restore the colour and vibrancy to the leather? All your bags turned out so beautifully even if some of the colours weren't your first choices!
Here is my Navy Scooter Bag 3893. I was surprised when I recently spotted it lying face down on the floor at the local Goodwill store. I was even more surprised when I turned it over and saw that it was marked only $3.99, but I actually got for just $3.98 because there was still a 1986 penny inside the bag! Much thanks to @BeenBurned for authenticating this bag.
It was an easy rehab - just dunk, shape, condition, polish. My first instinct was that the bag is navy and I still think that it is navy, but it looks black in some lighting so I am not totally sure.

Here is my Red Scooter Bag 3893. After I finished rehabbing my gorgeous Bottle Green bag I thought that I was done with Scooters but I realized was still hankering for a red one. Unfortunately they can be hard to find and are often expensive or in bad shape (or both!) I was happy to find this Red Scooter for $33 even though it was missing the hangtag and had a few other issues. Thank you to @Hyacinth for the authentication.
It was dirty and had some dark spots. I tend to be gentle with red bags but I was not satisfied with the results after dunking it; so I rewashed it and really scrubbed it and it came out much improved - although you can still faintly see a few slightly darker areas. There is one inkspot inside on the bottom corner but it hadn't stained the outside of the bag so I left it alone. I also replaced the hangtag with a more modern red hangtag that has black edging. It is not exactly correct for this bag but it was the best I could do.

Is there any way to tighten a loose turnlock? Or once its loose would it just have to be replaced? The inside is that spring mechanism thingy. Thanks in advance for any replies!
