@whateve I woke up this morning to check on the bag and the edges are not that bad anymore. I think my laundry room’s horrific lighting was exaggerating the edges last night. This definitely looks to be a conditioner fix now

It was missing the strap but the seller had a Coach strap that matched in color and it actually a better shoulder wear length for me than the original is

The acetone didn’t work on the nail polish, I tried it last night. I think its because the nail polish stain is probably very old. Im gonna try to “scrape” it off after conditioning. If that doesn’t work, Im gonna try to paint over it- hopefully that works
I think the suggestion of dunking the bag and then trying to scrape it off with your fingernail while still in the bath sounds like the best option; worth a try anyway.

This probably won't work, but I might try ice on the polish. It might make it brittle and easier to pick off.

After this one I have to take a break from the Bals....but I am glad I got it.
Do you have any in chevre? I always look at the old ones in that leather and want one, but they re usually way too big for my needs.
This is only my second Bal and I think its agneau...same as my First in Raisin.
