I was able to go into a Michael's in my city but there was only one store that remained open and they had a limit on how many people they allowed in so I had to wait outside the door until my turn. I found the Folk Art brand acrylic paint but they had a decent selection of colors and they had multiple finishes. Matte vs gloss vs outdoor and so on. A week or so later I discovered the Hobby Lobby nearest to me was open normal hours only Fridays and Saturdays. They had about 3 or 4 different acrylic brands and large selection of colors for each brand. I think personally I'll stick with Hobby Lobby because of selection plus prices were a little better. Sorry I can't advise on the kiwi color.
Thanks but both the Michael’s and hobby lobby in my area are closed and only open for curbside pick up. I’m looking at Meijers and Walmart as possibilities.

So I just dunked my new to me "black" Prairie and I think it's actually navy! I'm excited because I only have one navy bag and I don't carry it. Was the 1995 navy really dark? Going to go search for past posts.
My Navy Casino is from 95! Fall 95 to be exact. It’s pretty dark! It was listed as a black bag.

Hi y’all! I have a really great 70th edition Willis, it’s got some color transfer on it. I have tried to get it off but it wouldn’t really budge. I am debating on dying it black as I prefer black bags. I don’t even know where to begin. What would y’all recommend??
I really love the lining in this bag!!!

I dunked it and there is now a faint blue mark on the back of the bag. It’s still wet so I don’t know how it’ll look if it dries. I tried oxi clean and diluted bleach. Any other suggestions? Argh!!!!
TIA.

One thing you can try: put a thick, absorbent paper towel against the stain down inside the pocket to draw the stain towards the inside. Blot blot blot, if the bag is still wet. Leave the towel in there as it dries.

Sorry this happened!

I’ll have to check that out. The stain on the inside doesn’t bother me, it’s the fact that it bled to the outside. I don’t think anything will help that at this point.

The bag is someone wet, but has dried pretty quickly. I put a towel in that pocket, but I think it’s too late to absorb it.

I have attached a pic below of the outside of the bag. That stain just gets me, because the bag was in quite good condition. The hardware had a lot of verdigris, but it came right off and even the d rings didn’t have too much and was easy to clean. I contacted Poshmark because the seller didn’t disclose it and was hoping for a discount as opposed to a full refund, because I just received it today and it’s too late to return. I don’t know what will happen now. C’est la vie.

I don't think you can get a partial refund from Poshmark, and you can't return a bag that you've washed.
