That Plaza looks pristine. Wow it's pretty. Well I think I can confirm the large is just over my threshold size wise for crossbody. The Court is about the perfect size for me. Edit: the Court is gorgeous as well.

Same! I'd love a small Plaza, but the large is probably a little to big for me to use regularly. The Court is definitely one of my go-to bags.
Here is a photo of my Plaza Large and Plaza (regular?). I don’t find the sizes all that different.

How interesting! According to the catalog dimensions, the Plaza Bag (regular) and the Court are the same width and the Plaza Large is a bit under 2" wider. How does the regular Plaza look next to the Court?

Hmmm...the large being only a little bit bigger...is it wise to get one....YES !!
OH boy, I have a mistake to share! I think I can answer my own earlier question about Blue Merle Chester. I dunked her again, briefly and just in clear water, and the mottled grey came right back once it started drying a little. The areas also felt weirdly cardboardy and dull.
Guys, I used toothpaste to clean the zipper and trusted that the huge tub full of water would dilute the foam from that enough to not hurt the leather. DON'T EVER DO THIS. The toothpaste foam settled right into the leather and seemed to feel very at home there.
I feel like a total idiot. Ugh.
Well, I dunked her again, extra hot and with my super cheap, super harsh dish soap (I usually use wool detergent). I sponged her down with what felt like buckets of soap and agitated her in the bath like a madwoman to mimick what a washing machine would do. I then changed the water, did another round of soapy agitation and finally rinsed her. She easily spent an hour submerged in very soapy, hottish water. I did this something like 11 hours ago and she still looks black now. If the toothpaste resurfaces, she's going in the machine. Lesson learned!

oh thats long gone...Ive gotten 5 bags this past week and another 3 coming.
And Ive loved every minute of it.

I just counted the bags in my “ purchased” record with eBay since September and am embarrassed to admit to 20. All of them are still with my SIL in Massachusetts and will have to remain there until the US/Canada border reopens!
Of course, I have also recently discovered a lust for older Filofax planners, also still in Massachusetts. At least they take up less space than Coach bags!
Oh no! Thanks for sharing about your mistake! I used toothpaste once on a zipper after reading a tip here but only a tiny bit and rinsed it off before I started the dunk. Now I know not to leave it in the water and be diligent about rinsing it off if I were to do that again! Sorry for that ordeal and hope your Chester turns out ok!
