Yes, Deb. She was there for a few weeks but the pop up shop was going to be there for months before the Covid lockdown happened.
And to think she jumpstarted her career with Coach by donating a few bags to the archives. I bet she had no idea at the time what would happen.

ETA: I believe she used to be a nurse. I wonder if she is helping at a hospital now.

I saw that and thought it looks so sad...but way too expensive for what it is.
I would love to buy from Etsy but everything is a bit more expensive than what I want to pay and the ones I do want dont ship to NZ

Sometimes Etsy does get bargains, but I have no idea what it would cost to ship to NZ. Not to get too off topic, but how are you all doing there virus wise? The US news does a bad job of showing international stuff, although I think showing the spread globally would help enlighten people.

New Zealand is on lockdown now in week two, we have just under 1000 confirmed cases, 13 in hospital, just over 100 recovered and sadly one death. I think we have been very lucky so far. Many are not doing what they are told to do and not staying in their bubble.
Other than going to the supermarket once and the dairy twice for milk and bread , my mum and I have stayed home and started a list of things to clean. Finished washing windows yesterday.

One for two is a good ratio. I've sold many newer bags at a loss. Even when I have a bag that is popular, rare, and valuable, it takes forever to sell and I end up dropping the price.
When my mother tells me I should sell my bags online, I try to explain there are so many on the secondary market, more desirable than mine, that don’t sell . . ,

I love this style..its an olive one I managed to find....parden the isolation attire....fat clothes are the norm now.View attachment 4702564 View attachment 4702566

Oh, that's a good crossbody size! Thank you for that!

Eta: no judgement on the isolation attire, I have my "comfy" pants on and t-shirt on! It's going to be hard to go back to work clothes!
I made a bargain with myself to wear pants with a zipper ( jeans, khakis) Mon through Thurs and save the sweats for Casual Work From Home Friday  To make the transition easier when this all lifts.

Are they still getting Deb the Restorer to do them or are they geting other staff to do the rehabs?
Lol unless she training the Coach interns lol. She was at the pop in September, and I see down post she was sighted at another.

Ah, that makes sense.
I may have to revise my rehab techniques to profit from this trend.
Uh no, don’t

I dunked and started conditioning the leather of a Patricia's legacy and while the leather is starting to get nice and soft and the formerly faded piping is looking better, this large indentation/burn looking mark front and center became much more obvious. I didn't even notice it when I first got the bag (wish I had taken pics but I didn't)! How should I proceed? I'm on my second round of Leather CPR right now. TIA! I have BT Sling with larger, darker stains. I have not come up with a solution, when the leather seems burned. Still, yours is a gorgeous bag with the imperfection. Not like it’s an ink stain.

I believe it's a musette...that, as my husband would say...was ridden hard and put up wet, lol.
Ugh, speaking of, I got my Buckle Bag from GW. Well, at least it’s little BT friend looks promising.

Some where I saw her bio and it listed her specialty as wilderness medicine.
Her short video and blog gave me my first primer in dunking!

She learned it all here first.

Before and after mid 80’s Convertible Clutch (thank you @Hyacinth for ID). It was in pretty good condition but still did the dunk, cpr and renapur. I also noticed it had the anchor clips. The only thing is that it’s missing a hang tag . Totally missed that on the listing. 9CB4C981-259B-48C4-9C85-A1139202D5DB.jpegAD17EE8D-DC6F-4CF5-B281-5381D7C7F161.jpegD568F95C-059E-4BA5-9396-1BFAF1970A52.jpeg78902BBF-14B1-40B2-AE90-19209E3DC879.jpeg

It looks brand new and that's really a cute puppie! I've noticed him (her) in your avatar - what's is your dog's name?
