I was just on the Coach website. $750 for a restored Lindsay, black?? A Soho Buckle bag??

I was at the Coach pop up store In Costa Mesa a couple of months ago and they had some “restored” bags for sale in that price range. You would think the bags could have been cleaner and more conditioned at that price point and for being marketed as “restored”.

An olive! I really wanted to find one in olive, but I decided I'm going to stop buying multiples of the same bag I already have a navy one!
Maybe I can find an olive Courier Pouch.....

I may have to revise my rehab techniques to profit from this trend.

I dunked and started conditioning the leather of a Patricia's legacy and while the leather is starting to get nice and soft and the formerly faded piping is looking better, this large indentation/burn looking mark front and center became much more obvious. I didn't even notice it when I first got the bag (wish I had taken pics but I didn't)! How should I proceed? I'm on my second round of Leather CPR right now. TIA!

I believe it's a musette...that, as my husband would say...was ridden hard and put up wet, lol.

I saw that and thought it looks so sad...but way too expensive for what it is.
I would love to buy from Etsy but everything is a bit more expensive than what I want to pay and the ones I do want dont ship to NZ

There was no doubt they were vintage because of the subtle creases. They just looked dirty because of the dirt and dust in the seams. I think those could have been cleaned without affecting the vintage quality.

Well, thanks to @Narnanz I decided on a Legacy Zip 9966. I had found one in black with silver hardware- something I DON'T have, and thought this style would be great to have. I'll post before shots when it arrives and afters once it gets rehabbed!

Yes, Deb. She was there for a few weeks but the pop up shop was going to be there for months before the Covid lockdown happened.
