Very pretty. Those seams where theyre positioned gives it a really cute look. I too am not super in love with the hobo style, not because I dont like the look of it because the sling shape actually really appeals to me. But its more the black hole that happens when a bag is deep with a rounded bottom like that and no structure. Like I would want to have just *one* slouchy hobo crossbody for those days I feel really lazy and just want a comfortable bag.

Exactly. You just lose everything inside, and since it's curved, things MOVE. or move more, haha.

I'm trying to clean up a Wooster, in part because it has a very musty odor. I gave it a bath, but while the smell dissipated a little, it's still present. I don't have the option of hanging it outside at this time to try to get rid of it that way (apartment living, no balcony) Although I guess I could try leaving it in my car with the windows cracked... Do you think that might help? Or any other suggestions?

No advice from me, but I just wanted to say I want a Wooster kinda bad.

I hope you find one! This one I'm planning on selling myself, as I have since learned I'm not a fan of hoboish style shoulder bags (I know there are rules of doing so on tpf though?). It does have a darkened spot on the back that I don't know if I can get rid of, but it's otherwise in really good shape.

I use coach accessories to organize my bags, they make it easy to find things and quick and simple to switch bags and they prevent the "black hole" syndrome. Items like zip pouches, cosmetic cases, eyeglass cases, coin cases, and wallets are convenient and fun to own! One of my favorite accessories is my Coach Hugo Guinness Glasses Case.

I should start searching for rounded bottom hobo-shaped organizers, I am sure they exist out there somewhere

You could seal it in a container with something to remove the odor. Possibly baking soda, or they sell stuff specifically for odors.

Loose aquarium charcoal (in little bowls) in a sealed plastic box did away with perfume on a Willis for me. Maybe it would work on your bag.

Hi all! Got this cute Austin bag in bone and it looks pretty dang amazing for the most part, haven't even started rehab. But it's got a bad case of verdigris under the zipper and in a couple other places where the brass is in contact with the leather. I've read on here that it's hard to remove. I was thinking of trying to file it off, gently of course?? Good or bad idea? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I finally got it done, with the exception of the brass and a couple tiny threads. And I got the verdigris off completely without smearing it! I'm pretty happy with the results.

Weird pictures of it though that don't really do it justice. My house is under construction, and there's plaster dust seemingly EVERYWHERE, so I am limited on options for taking good pictures. Oh well. It was a fun project to do while in wasn't painting or mudding. ☺
