Hmm ok I will probably just stuff n' steam in the bathroom then, maybe that will help. I am finding myself torn between whether stiff, slightly drier leather is better for looks than super soft and conditioned leather that tends to slouch in the sides and corners.

I did lol they went in the donation bag. The collegiate may have been dyed, it didn't feel like shoe polish, as soon as it hit water there was blue everywhere, I scrubbed until the water wasn't smurf blue, that took 2 baths. After though, it looked like the normal deep navy an nyc bag it supposed to be. The black one was a mess. I loved the collegiate but alas just didn't fit things right.

I steamed one of my bag by put it inside a big clear plastic garbage bag with a big jug of boiled water., Just make sure the bag raised like tent without touching the bag. Worked pretty good and save on water too.
