Wondering if you want to make a trade? I have a whiskey Ali bag from ebay that I returned due to undisclosed damage of bag, because I am in Canada, return postage must be expensive so seller told me to keep the bag. It came with both the tags on 1 brass chain. I would like to trade them for a black and a navy tags from 90s, or 2 black tags from 90s, if you are interested, please let me know.
Link to Ali bag eBay listing as follows, it was authenticated by either Beenburned or whateve.
P.S. I did return about half of seller's refund, didn't want to feel like a thief.

Oh that would be nice but I don't have any tags to trade.

Here are after-rehab pics of my $66 forest green Madison Drake Briefbag, made in Italy in 1995. Some of the pictures were taken with flash and some with ambient light which explains the difference in color.

I gave it a bath in Dawn and water, rinsed and drained well, stuffed with towels to shape, removed the towels and waited several days for it to dry.

I applied small amounts of Fashion Fusion to the damaged areas of the handle to stabilize them and I used a very tiny amount of acrylic paint to address the rubbing damage on the handles and bottom corners. I used a light application of Leather Therapy Restorer and Conditioner to condition the bag.

The turnlock plate was tarnished and I had to work hard with Wenol to remove the tarnish. Some of the satin finish was lost on the turnlock plate, but I am hoping that it will get a little more dull looking in time. I considered using a gold hangtag to replace the missing one but decided to use a forest green hangtag in plain glove-tanned leather because it is the correct color for the bag.

I also laundered and ironed the flannel Madison Collection dustbag that came with my Drake. I paid a total of $86 for both the red Carlyle and the green Drake (original retail value of $684).

Oh how lovely! A while back I looked at a Green Drake but never pulled the trigger. They came out great!

I rarely soak that long. Usually 20 minutes total unless I forget.

I never soak longer than around 15 or 20 minutes. I have been known to rewash bags later that didn't come clean or had a persistent bad odor - but it's not usually necessary.

Ah-ha! Fortunately I haven't ruined any bags, but this does explain why I have to put on half a dozen coats of CPR before it stops soaking in! I thought it was just because I'm in southern Arizona! (The nice thing about being in S. Az. is that it generally doesn't take much more than 24 hours for a bag to dry!)

Here are after-rehab pics of my cherry red Madison Carlyle 4401 from 1994 that cost $20. All I did was give her a bath in Dawn and water, rinse and drain well, stuff with towels to shape, remove the towels and wait several days for it to dry, polish the hardware with Wenol, and lightly condition the bag with Lexol. Some of the pics were taken with flash and others with ambient light which explains the variation in color.

I had these stashed in a dresser drawer.
I wish I would find purses I didn't know I had!
I cleaned out my purse room because someone is going to be sleeping here. I found a vintage Gramercy coin purse I had lost a few years ago, and a ponytail scarf I didn't know I had! There are still several purse charms, a scarf, and a wristlet missing. I guess I'll never find them. I worry they fell into the trash.

I can't find one of my NIB coin purse. I am hoping I find it soon once I get rid of my rehab pile.
ETA: I did know I had them but didn't realize both were the same style. I think I may have thought one to be a basic bag.
