Took my bag with the really long name ( Coach Madison Gathered Twisted Leather Carrie) to the Coach store today. They will send her off to get the frame fixed if it is possible. View attachment 4400402 View attachment 4400403
I got the bag back today. They were not able to fix it and they included a 10% off coupon at a Coach outlet. I am really disappointed because this bag is so cool and I really wanted to be able to get her fixed.

That's too bad. You might try taking it to a luggage repair shop or a cobbler and see what they say - you don't really have much to lose.

Thank you so much! What conditioner can you suggest? I’m just a newbie here.... i fell in love with Willis and Regina.... too sad there are no vintage shops here in our country... that’s why I’m eyeing on etsy and ebay...
I like Leather CPR. Many people use Leather Therapy, but I find it darkens some leathers. There are other conditioners that might be available in your country. I like to finish my rehabs with Blackrock leather n rich.
I've always used Apple conditioner because it's what everyone was recommending here on the forum years ago but I see lots of other ones mentioned here now. Leather CPR is one.
I don't think Apple conditioner is good enough for a rehab. It's fine for maintenance.

Do scuff marks leave noticeable after a color restoration? Juding by sight and touch? Does scuff marks meant spreading like it had peeled some of the leather?

Whateve, thanks to you for mentioning the Leather CPR and Blackrocks, I'm almost done with a full bottle of Leather CPR! Everything leather has been cleaned and conditioned...it might be time for another round for some of them. DH is amused and thankful too. Thank you!

I thought of a possible fix. I will try it and then let you guys know if it worked or not. I also found out that Coach refunded me the 35.00 I paid to them when I sent off my bag.

What a beautiful rehab and bag! What made you fall in love? This is one I keep in mind but can't tell if I'll love it on me.
Thank you! I don't know, she's just so darn classy looking and there's something about the top handle construction that I just adore. I usually go for much larger bags but she holds quite a bit. Also, she isn't heavy and my shoulders like that. I feel like she's just a very versatile and classic bag.

Thank you! The lightness sounds great, and it sure is classy looking!
