I have the mini Willis and it is adorable  It is also a ridiculous size, Lol!

Determined to wear it, I transfered all of my cards from a wallet into a little zip pouch I bought through ebay. ( I think it was about 4 dollars with free shipping but took weeks to arrive ) The pouch is just large enough for my cards - I keep the ones I use frequently at the front and it works out well.

With the card pouch, I can also just for my phone, lip stuff and a wee bottle of purel and a tiny tissue pack.

It's like Jenga in there though. When I go to take something out I have to be careful to not have everything spill out. If I leave the phone out, it's much better.

I also have one - in BT, and totally agree with your Jenga comparison. It's not practical at all, but that cuteness is irresistible! Many people who are not even into vintage Coach know what a regular Willis looks like, and seeing its "Mini Me" always impresses them. Especially those young Coach store SA's

I also went through the contents of my bag's transformation when I started wearing smaller vintage bags (bet everyone here knows I'm talking about!). After having at my disposal several cubic feet of space of the Coach totes of mid- and late 2000s... well, the cubic feet part is a joke, but now it sure feels like they were enormous! The disposal part is true, because there was always a ton of junk in my bag. Since my bag contents' motto became "[Small] size matters!", the bonus is the fact that there's simply no space for snack bar wrappers, stray receipts etc. My sister, who always carries a bag of a size of Santa's sack, looks at my tiny purses with pity :P

Forgot the pics. Before of my mystery color courier

I never washed a bag in Tabac and wouldn't know what it looks like when wet, but while it was dry I was sure it was Tabac. If those greenesh undertones on the suede side I'm seeing in the 1st pic are a byproduct of the evening light, then I'll wait until it's completely dry and moisturized.

I carried a Park hobo all winter and when I was moving into my Manor bag a few weeks ago I found in my Park 3 pairs of gloves, my missing digital tire pressure gauge, several unopened packs of gum and a dog toy. I kinda like the forced discipline that my Manor offers. I have to be organized with that bag! I have no idea how a dog toy got into my bag or how long it was there but my pupper sure was happy to have it back!

I think you are going to be right on the tabac call based on how she compares to my BT Court bag tonight. She is much darker and less ruddy in tone. But she is pretty parched. The strap feels like stale licorice even after 2 coats of CPR; the bag is a little more supplet, but I see at least 3 more coats in her future.

Hi everyone! I'm in the process of rehabbing my first Willis. I have a question about the d-rings. Hoping someone can please help. If so, I'd really appreciate it!

I removed the two d-rings that hold the strap. Unscrewing and removing them was easy.

When I tried to remove the d-rings that hold the top handle, those d-rings wouldn't unscrew easily. So I decided not to force them, and figured I'd ask here before trying further.

For the Willis, anyone know if all four d-rings can be unscrewed and removed?

=D

All of the rings can be removed. I like to remove/re-install them in pairs, to keep the holes in the rod aligned. It's possible for the rod to rotate if you take out all four at once.

How floppy/ stiff is your courier? I don’t know if she should really hold her shape, hold it but bend in a bit or almost be a puddle when done.

My couriers are not quite floppy but they are soft and pliable and do hold their shape. After dunking, my mocha courier was so stiff it took about 10-12 coats of Leather CPR before it felt soft again. I could see it soaking into the leather without having to massage it in so I applied a coat each day until I wasn't scared to bend the leather any more. It turned out beautifully, as will yours!

I kinda like the markings on the bag. They make it look rustic with, as you mentioned, patina. I love patina! It's on day 2 of drying after dunk #3 and I can already see that the dark spots are still there on the back of the bag. I just wonder why they didn't show up after dunk #1 and will this happen to future bags? Regardless, I will love it and use it.
You just never know. I have this light, camel Light Tote. With serious water stains and I find out it has this weird shiny coat of whatever on it when it arrived. Came out beautifully. Go figure.

Can u suggest how will i be able to fix these scuff marks? Pls
Such a cute Regina! I'm sorry, I don't know how to fix a white bag, but I hope cleaning and conditioning will help too! Is the color completely removed? ETA: I really like Leather CPR because you can clean with it and add more to condition. I'm guessing cleaning white, you need to be very gentle if the color is on the surface instead of dyed all the way through.

You’re welcome! Sorry I missed this, battling some nasty sickness [emoji40] She said to tell you she was shipping it out yesterday [emoji4] Looking forward to seeing what it looks like after you have finished it to your liking [emoji16]

It's here! And more beautiful than I hoped! She left me feedback saying I'm a highly recommended buyer and so is my friend. I thought that was really cute of her. Thank you so much for helping me get this bag!!

They're all so beautiful, but that red is amazingggg. My taupe Manor arrived yesterday and I like it so much I'm already plotting which color I need it in next lol. Red is definitely going to be at the top of my list now though!
