Hi,
I am new to the site and to the whole rehab process but am super excited about it. I've got a bag coming to me from Ebay that is a Coach Willis Station Bag (at least according to what I've been able to figure out). It does not have a shoulder strap. I've been using google to try and find one without much progress. Does anybody have a recommendation on a good place to find one? I looked on the Coach website and the ones for sale there seem to look like newer models and are super expensive.

Thanks so much for your help

I think I've seen people here recommend Mautto for custom leather straps, and The Buckle Guy for matching hardware. I haven't tried either but did get exact match hardware for a Coach Willis on ebay. Maybe if you have the hardware a cobbler local to you could fashion a simple strap? I'm sure others here will have more solutions. Enjoy your new bag :)

Hi and welcome! There is no such thing as a Willis Station bag. It is either a Willis or a Station bag. If you haven't already, you should get it authenticated. We can do it here: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/authenticate-this-coach-see-first-post-for-format.889527/
There are few places to get straps. Some sellers on ebay sell straps, including this one: http://www.ebaystores.com/SCECKERT-SILVER-COACH
Mautto also has some: https://www.mautto.com/
I bet there are people on etsy that will custom make one.
My personal preference is to get one that looks as much like the original as possible. That means getting one that doesn't have rivets, since Coach straps were sewn, not riveted.

I was just figuring this out, lol. I had put in the creed number and was getting answers for both and it threw me off. I was reading the thread on Station vs Willis. I shall go to authenticate this coach. Thank you very much; I am learning so very much :)

I am the opposite. I do keep looking for a matching strap for cheap, but in the meanwhile, I am experimenting with [cheap] webbing straps that look nothing like the original.

If I couldn't get one to match, I would go in the complete opposite direction, like this. Actually I have a plain black bag that I would like to dress up with a statement strap but it needs the kind that buckles on rather than clips. Maybe I should consider something like this.

I see that your new bag has been authenticated as a Station Bag (style number 5130), congratulations! If it actually is black as listed (and not mahogany brown) then here is a Coach replacement strap listed on ebay that should work for you:

See the pic below for more information about the Station Bag, it is a classic Coach style. This one may have nickel hardware and an adjustable strap, not the original brass hardware like your bag. I think that I've seen both adjustable and non-adjustable straps for this bag over the years - Coach sold it for a long time. It's truly a classic!

Cute! I also hate to spend a lot of money on a strap, especially when the strap costs more than the bag!

I am so glad that I picked up both the gold and silver MFF chain straps that Coach was selling on the FOS for $15 last summer. They will only work with smaller bags like my beechnut Gracie below, but they are nicely made, genuine Coach products, and they have small metal Coach hangtags attached - and I like that!

I now see these exact same chain straps on ebay (see link below) listed for $45 - and that's a lot of money for a MFF strap IMO!

I've got a small coach wristlet/bag. It has scuff on it. I've tried using a leather conditioner but they are still visible. I am wondering what my next step should be. I've read so much and I am a little overwhelmed.
