No, I doubt it.I found a patent leather coach Tote for super cheap, it has black scuff marks everywhere, are these easy to remove?
You should be able to wash it the regular dunk way. Just scrub the dirty bits with mild soap and a toothbrush but don't overdo it or over stretch it or you may lose some pebbling I think. I have dunked similar bags and they came up clean. The wonderful @Hyacinth suggested this thread for advice on cleaning a little bag I found...any ideas on cleaning pebbled leather?View attachment 4185343
do you use warm water...and do you rinse with cold?...or do you soak for a while?.....sorry...will be a dunking virgin so would love your advice. You should be able to wash it the regular dunk way. I use warm water and soak for awhile, like 15 or 20 minutes. With a lined bag, the creed is likely to absorb a lot of water and become hard to read, so I like to squeeze all the water out and blow dry just the creed. The rest of the bag can air dry.do you use warm water...and do you rinse with cold?...or do you soak for a while?.....sorry...will be a dunking virgin so would love your advice.

I'm not patient enough for Fiebings edge kote. I like to use leather glue to smooth the edges of a strap, then use fabric paint.I need an opinion: would you use Fiebings edge kote or what would you use to finish edges that are fraying on a strap. I’ve heard it can be too light- needs many coats to cover properly.![]()
Turn the bag inside out, and scrub that lining with soapy water. I don't think the exterior will be hurt if it gets wet.Hello again,
I'm happy to report my 1st full dunk was a success, bag looks awesome! Esp since it's a light colored bag, thank you all.
I have a new challenge here, the lining on this is filthy and can't be turned out completely, its attached at the bottom, ugh. I've never seen this exterior material before but it's spotless on outside anyway. Any tricks on how to clean this lining? It's a giant pain that it won't detach but there's candy and all kinds of stuff on it.
Side note, I've been using only cold water on Scarf Print bags but found some stubborn stains aren't budging, anyone ever use upholstery cleaner (the woman used it inside and out I almost fainted lol but it looked great in the end) or Oxyclean powder diluted in a spray bottle, woman said it works wonders but if it ain't broke i'm not sure I want to dabble with either although wanted to see if anyone has tried it.

Have you tried conditioning? I really wouldn't work too much on this leather as the dye doesn't go all the way through.Thank you, I was nervous about this fabric its different then any other I've seen.
I did my red legacy leather bag I asked you about the lining came out fantastic. The leather however has spots on the front that a damp rag hasn't remedied, I think 1 is dirt and the big one a water spot, the color comes off incredibly easily so i'm afraid to scrub hard maybe it's a lost cause?
Sorry so many questions , i'm so grateful for all your help.

I was successful in removing older stains of unknown origin with a leather conditioner - Leather CPR - from a red vintage bag after several attempts. I'd rub it lightly with a generous amount of the conditioner in my hand, then remove what's left with a soft paper towel. Let it dry for at least a day and repeat - I probably did it 4-5 times. Some of the color came off, but, like I said, it was an older bag and the leather was colored all the way through. When I was done with the stains, I conditioned the whole bag even though it didn't need it - just to make the color look even. Don't rub hard, or you'll lose too much color.I did try conditioner, I tried working it into the leather and it didn't do anything at all. I'm thinking this stain is probably been here for awhile
