I hate them! Especially the first one. Sometimes I like a little embellishment, but not on these, and not to that extent. What I love about Legacy duffles is their simplicity and beautiful colors. The farthest I'll go with mine is switching out the straps and tassels, and adding a keychain for decoration.

I agree with whateve, those are crazy awful. There was a third one that was even worse:

Good evening everyone, I'm wondering if I could get some opinions on this bag I'm interested in. In one photo it looks like there is a small round spot on the front of the bag that is a little lighter than the surrounding leather. I circled it in this photo. 
But when looking at other pictures in the listing that show the front of the bag I don't see that same light spot.
I've asked the seller but haven't heard back.
Any opinions? My eyes aren't what they used to be so I'm not sure if I'm seeing things correctly. Thanks!

Is it me, or does the spot seem to move in pic 3? Maybe it’s a reflection?
I don't think it's a spot on the leather, the other pics look pretty clear and I don't see it on those. It might be dust on the camera lens giving a weird reflection.
Yeah, I also thought it seemed to move too.

Hello all - I’m waiting for my 1996 pocket purse to arrive, and in the meantime want to get what I’ll need to rehab her. I'm stuck on what to use for post-dunk conditioning? I’ve previously used Blackrocks leather n rich and been happy with it on other bag brands, but here many mention Apple Garde. Or other products? Is there a consensus what works best on vintage Coach leather?

I have a few for this weekend too
and I think I might raid a few Goodwill's this morning before I get started. Going to have to get out the edge kote for one of them. I'm not sure I can keep the Beekman. Might be too big and heavy for me to ever get much use out of, plus it will need a big space to store.Love leather CPR. You can get it at Marshall's for $6.99.

The suede on the back and bottom are worn down a lot and the back has some deep scratches too. Also the strap is coming away from the bag, not sure how to describe it or what to do about it. I will likely just leave it as is. I love the color it's very unusual. I did end up carefully applying obenaufs to the non suede bits.

Looks great! That strap separation is a common problem with these older bags. I have that problem with some of mine and haven't done anything yet. I don't really know how I would approach it.
