^ Your bags are exquisite, Arizabif.

I was looking to buy Leather Therapy & Blackrock online, and ebay looks to be my best bet. Has anyone used ebay to buy them, if so can you please direct me to a reliable ebay seller. Thanks.

Speaking of freebies from Coach...
On March 18 I called Jacksonville to request replacement hangtags. The nice lady I spoke to (who will remain nameless here) said I could have three and asked for serial numbers. Then she took mailing info and said they would arrive in about 10 days.

Late yesterday I called as they had NOT YET arrived and was told there was NO RECORD of my request (Duuuh, didn't get this lady's name). She sent me to someone's voicemail (similar, formal name of person I maybe spoke to in March). I left a detailed message with my phone number and asked for a return call.

We shall see...watch for updates!

It really depends on who you talk to, I have had similar poor experiences and I have had great customer service, too. I recently called and asked for a big, oversized, metal hangtag and I received exactly what I asked for in about a week!

Hi all,
I am currently getting a few bags authenticated at the moment but was wondering...
Has anyone tried using like, car leather conditioner on the bags? Like Amour all?

We have that at the house and a I tried it on a small part on the bag but I am worried it can ruin the bag? It does feel soft though...

Also, Has anyone tried shoe polish to color the bag?
This bag I assume is from early 80s? Can anyone id?

Is crazy scratched and the piping is also discolored, what can I do to clean it up?
I have not decided if this bag would be too much work for me and just to sell it.

No shoe polish and no car stuff if it has silicone in it, which also means no Coach leather care stuff, it too has silicone. Your pic isn't showing up for me, first I recommend a bath with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Let her soak a bit to get the dirt out. Then stuff with towels and let air dry. When she is slightly damp you want to condition, something like Leather CPR or Leather Therapy. Then Blackrocks to add the finishing touches.

Your pic just showed up! She doesn't look too bad, she may have been previously polished. A bath will remove all the previous stuff, you want to condition so the leather can breath and be soft and supple.

The leather is really hard and dry. So if she has been polished it may have been way over 10 years ago! LOL.
Thanks for the tips, I will have to go to Bed Bath and Beyond for the leather CPR. I currently do not have dawn on hand, can I use tide dye free detergent?
