Where did you order this from? LOVE IT! I need something like this for my Market Tote!
I found some pictures I haven't seen before, which I think are related to some upcoming releases. Also a bonus dino at the end which is completely unrelated. 
I wouldn't be surprised that it was limited, given it's larger size, larger price point and the fact they couldn't be sure of how many people would pay that much for a bag with Rexy pulling a carriage.
I don't know what's going on...I texted my SA a little while ago and she knew nothing about Rexy Carriage 38 being released on August 20th...she said she'll check into it and let me know -- so either she's been left clueless OR Others have been misinformed. I have so lost interest at this point...I'm not dropping $1k on one item, that's for sure.
Well it seems to be selling fine, I don't see why they wouldn't make more

you can all crucify me if I'm wrong, but mark my words: those totes will be mass produced and added to Coach.com by August 30th.They might have been a limited amount until they could tell how well they would sell. I've been hearing about that 1 Burgundy for about a week now...seriously! And the 7 or 8 Orange ones for maybe 2 weeks now? Not Speedy Gonzales, in my books.

PS. I hope your message reaches Coach corporate -- I didn't put in my 2 cents on your issue, because I had nothing new to add that everyone didn't advise you about. But I did cringe at the idea that the staff in your store is permitted to be abusive to any customer.

Fair enough, maybe they haven't all sold out, but how many people even know about them yet? I linked the picture to my friend and she messaged me a few hours later saying how those totes don't even exist and she couldn't figure out how I even saw the picture, let alone thought it was possible to order one (don't worry, I explained it all to her). But you guys are definitely the insiders.
As for my letter, it's stamped and sealed, and will probably get delivered in the next day or two. I have seen this behavior from them towards foreigners in the store, some other strangers, my own mother and myself but I held back for over a year. I was finally convinced that I needed to speak up. Will keep you guys updated.
Oh and I would prefer them to be direct about whatever their issue is than to condescend and act passive aggressively. It's extremely uncomfortable...I can't even describe
