Thanks for the info. Well ... eh ... I'm still getting the ornament one way or another. (We had an irridescent green parrot for 15 years, very much loved, long medical battle for her life, and metallic green is a disturbingly close approximation of her feathers. With birds descended from that line of the dino's, this should be a disturbingly appropriate approximation of her.) Saving a few bucks would be nice, but I'm good either way.

While I'm here, I think my SA said the ornaments are 30$ each? Has anyone else heard? Does that sound right?

I ordered the dusty rose and heather grey. I haven't seen it in real life but they'll be here Monday. I will post pics.
My plan was to only keep one if I like the size and opening. We'll see if I end up with 1 or 2.

Let's just say two stores have expressed I'm their best customer (unless they say that to everyone), and never offered me F&F. That did kind of spoil the enjoyment of shopping; now that I moved to a state with no Coach stores anywhere in sight, I'm just going to lie low for a while with regards to Coach.

I've heard the same thing from my SA, and I've never been offered a F and F either. Annoys me too although in this case, there isn't anything I want.

I was told this, too. I ordered the quilted Rogue in oxblood on Thursday and told my Sa that if I loved it, I would also order the black or the gray. My Sa also tried to order the matching oxblood wallet when she ordered my Rogue but it wouldn't go through because it's not due in until October 24th, so she said she would order it as soon as it was available. Yesterday, she sent me a text saying she wouldn't be able to order any more quilted items for me with the F&F discount. In addition, she said she couldn't offer me free overnight shipping any longer which means I have to wait until Wednesday for my one lonely quilted Rogue. I sure hope I love it because there won't be any do-overs.

It really sucks for them to say no exclusions then change their minds when we order the new stuff. I feel bad for the SAs. I probably won't be ordering anything else due to this new restriction since there's nothing I want that's currently out. I've seen the black quilted Rogue it's nice and the leather is soft. They used Napa leather. No more free overnight shipping? Wow! I've only had it a couple times as it's no big deal to me. I figure if I don't want to pay for it, I wouldn't expect them to waive the fee for me. When I order from other stores I don't do overnight either. I hope you like your Rogue.

This does stink, everthing I got isnt out yet! I just hope it all goes through and they don't start cancelling our orders. My SA did a presale for me on Thursday and it went through on Friday when the sale started. I need my duffel and uni, I will be very disappointed if I cannot get them. Lol.

I wish Coach would be consistent with the discounts. This is the first time I've been offered F&F (even though I've worked with the same Sa for over a decade) and I didn't expect them to change the rules in the middle of the game!

It's good to hear that the leather is nice on the quilted Rogues because it's tough to tell from pictures. I wouldn't be able to justify it at full price so I'm glad I ordered it while it was on sale.

I think my Sa started giving me free overnight shipping to soften the blow of paying full price for Rogues lol. My local stores carry very limited 1941 items which means almost everything has to be ordered and I think that's another reason for the free overnight shipping. It was nice while it lasted!
