I want to thank everyone that took time to help me out. As I said I gave up, I had things to do and couldn't spend more time on it.
Later during my lunch break, I saw an email that said I left items in my cart (duh!), so I tried again and this time worked!
But the free tag for insiders was gone after check out, so I used chat and the nice Rep ordered me one. All good!

So, here‘s what i do -i reset my cart, i try to close out the browser And use a new one. If nothing works i just chat/call cus Service ( depending on how much time i have and how badly i want the item ). It can get disappointing sometime, i agree.
The mini beat bags have landed at my local outlet so cute in person!! Totally not practical but that's ok lol. My outlet has an extremely generous cash back program, 15% everyday, sometimes 30% at Coach. So I was able to score this little cutie and glitter lemon coin purse for completely free they also have the black studded one, navy blue mixed leather, and red and maroon lunar new year one. @Grenta outlet mall in NE

Omg thank you for posting! Any chance you could post your phone or hand next to the bag? My deep blue beat 18 is arriving tomorrow and def nervous it will be way too small. sure thing! My iPhone pro max does not fit in matter how hard I try. My daughters iPhone XR does fit in the main compartment! I included a pic of it inside, as well as both of our phones next to the bag. Inside I was able fit my keys, AirPod pros, slim card case, and little pouch with lip glosses and hair tie things. It is definitely a small bag. Good to wear with jeans when u have a pocket to put your phone lol. The blue is so gorgeous in person! I had a hard time deciding between the two. I will say it holds considerably less than my normal size beat bag, but I can definitely see the potential in the smaller size! It's perfect for a date night or just running out real quick and still looking cute!

I got that one for a great price on eBay but it’s so small ... would not pay full price. I have an iPhone 12 Pro which I think is a bit smaller than the XR. At least it looks like it will fit my phone and essentials. I’ll just have to decide if I can justify the price. I’ll post a pic tomorrowsure thing! Please do! I would love to know what you think of it. I am pretty sure it's designed like the Parker too where it comes inward, losing some inside space. By phone definitely could fit the length of the bag but the construction makes it impossible. It's so cute though and I'm definitely happy with it!Thank you so much! This is so helpful! I thought the same thing! The structure and accordion style limit what you can hold but man it looks so good lol. Can’t wait to see it in person. I’ve never seen any of the beat bags in person. I’d LOVE the full size in black. Wish it would go on sale!
I don’t buy many MFF bags these days but I must say I am really liking this rainbow Rowan.
She arrived today and is absolutely GORGEOUS! It will fit my phone easily and enough of my items. The leather on this bag actually has more give than my Parker 18. Only problem is that she arrived with no factory wrapping from a store with multiple minor imperfections. If it was just one... I’d let it slide but it’s multiple and Coach customer service is so busy that you can’t even be put on hold. The line just tells you to call back later. I’m nervous that the bag will sell out because they won’t ship your replacement until your bag starts tracking. So annoying ...

I used the customer service chat since you can’t get through on phone. It worked and they were super helpful! The bag is no longer in their warehouse so they can’t exchange but offered an additional 15% off discount back to my card so I accepted. I appreciate good customer service like that! That’s how you keep a happy customer coach

I'm glad they were able to rectify their mistake. Hopefully a little moisturizer will fix those imperfections right up. I don't notice any in the pics at all so that's good!
