I have 2 outlet orders from a few days ago that switched from backorder to shipping from store. Is it likely that they will actually ship, or will I end up with a canceled order email soon? I don't have much faith in FOS anymore. I have 5 recent orders that were all canceled for being out of stock, even after CS told me they were set to ship out the next day.

Sounds promising. However I have not had good experience with items sent from stores especially if it is an outlet. Fingers crossed...

I hope your bags come in decent condition. I never hold my breathe for FOS items. That way I’m not disappointed. They have a tendency to cancel a lot.

So disappointed :( I had a reserve item in my cart and during check out, I received an error message that my payment didn’t go through. I went to retry and it said item was out of stock. Then I got a text message from my credit card saying that it was charged but no confirmation email from FOS and in my account orders page, no order is listed. Sounds like I didn’t score this item huh? I think I read on here that someone said the charge falls off in a few days?? I’ll call them tomorrow but curious about what your thoughts or experiences are. Thanks!

Well if it doesn’t ship you won’t be charged. It is probably a pending transaction, and will come off. If there is no order listed it probably did not go through as an actual order.

Yeah I think you’re right! Thank you for reaching out. Well I’ve been up all hours of the morning nursing my little newborn and as it turns out, I lucked out and scored it when it dropped to the 70% off pricing - yay! That one is showing in my orders and email confirmation so that’s good. It’s an item I returned and have had regrets about.

Ugh so frustrating! I’m sorry. I had lots of issues with the site overnight and this morning. I think I added like 2 regular outlet items and then removed them. If that doesn’t work, try exiting the bag and shop around then return to it... or order multiple different items and remove them right before check out. Anyone else have any tricks?
