It’s frustrating as my order was done from store so I don’t have a order number and the reps I am getting keeping saying give it a little longer.
I just noticed the rogue I got has a slight glazing issue at one corner. I attached the picture of a good corner vs a not so good corner. Do factory store items typically have issues? Everything else seems perfect and it came perfectly wrapped up. Should I return and exchange this? I really like the bag not sure if I request an exchange I would get a perfect one.

After almost 3 weeks of backorder status my ombre feather charm just got tracking!!

I ordered the blue Rexy as well. The exact same ones are also available on the outlet site, but without free shipping.
The outlet is where most of us saw them first, so that is where we ordered them. I didn't check the other site for them. You can use FREESHIP for free shipping as long it works, anyway.
Sheesh, I couldn't decide on the masks, really wanted the black wild beast but not sure it would look ok on me...LOL! I got the blue rexy and starry sharky for now. Can't wait to see them as I'm excited they have the slider bead for a good fit. I have a few home made masks that the elastics are too big and I can't adjust them right.
