I know! I actually ordered 2 of this bag thinking I would be picking from the best of the worst, but both fully wrapped. Don't know where it's been hiding all this time!

Many things are hidden - I wanted that Kaffe tabby so bad but it was in someone elses cart - I was able to order another tabby - kinda peach and snakeskin - not sure what it is called and I also got the butterfly dreamer

I've mailed stuff back to JAX that were online outlet purchases and even sent back a few bags purchased at the outlet store. It took a while but just as I was getting ready to call, I saw the credit come thru. It was probably a month on the outlet store return to JAX transaction. I didn't want to go to the outlet if I didn't have to and not sure if they are open yet. I'm sure they wouldn't be happy to see returns either!

I got my beechwood Rogue in. It has to have been a store display, because the feet are all scuffed up. It didn't come wrapped or with a dust bag, which I expected. I'm on the fence about returning it, because now it's not available on the site (so I couldn't replace it) and it's the generation before the most recent, with the clochette and without the D-ring on the outside of the bag for the hangtag. I prefer this gen, and since it's already a little worn I think I'd actually feel more carefree about using it. The leather looks to be in great shape, no scuffs or scratches. The leather feels super thick, too. It's a decent price, even if it doesn't look brand new.

Unfortunately you never know (always hit or miss with FOS as you may know). If you are comfortable then keep and even hold within the 30 day return period -- maybe another will pop up within that time frame; Otherwise I would return.
