I get FOS emails, regular Coach emails, and PCE emails but I never get outlet coupons.

They responded promptly and told me the SLGs and smaller bags don't come with a dust bag but they will send me one! Now THAT is customer service!!!

What does your Hammitt bag look like? I saw them a few months ago at Dillards and really liked them.

I was too! I had to use my spare email I have registered with (in hopes of getting coupons), and just tried to log in with that one. It won't recognize it as a new email, the banner says 'welcome back', but won't take my usual password, so I did the 'forgot password' and got the reset password link via email. I have then reset the password (that I have never created in the first place lol) and it let me in. So now I guess I have 2 accounts. But you're not missing out on much. They are doing a mystery discount deal. I got $15 off $150.... Same reserve items, same 50% off.

Figures! I chatted with CS and they said there is no policy yet on extension of the return times, so they just emailed me a UPS label....

Jade messenger in Lavender and Jade shoulder bag in Oxblood/multi.
Both come with a long & short strap. Both have a slip pocje under the front flap, and are otherwise open in the main section, no center zip that takes up space.

I've been looking at those. I like the Tabby 26, but the (useless, IMO) center zip compartment kind of makes it a pain to fit all my stuff in without it looking overstuffed. I know these are a tad bit shorter in terms of depth than the Tabby 26, but I'd be interested to see what fits.
