It's a big bag. I could use it that way for a pair of shoes, jeans/shirts, makeup bag, even a jacket. It would be stuffed but it would work for me.

Thanks for the info. The rep I spoke with earlier wasn’t sure of the outlet hours going forward. I also heard the same about the promos. The discount changes every Wednesday at the outlets so sounds like the FOS will follow suit? Wish they would match the promos for the FP deletes... 50% verses 70% is a nice difference in $ amount.
That’s crazy. They should just do return then rebuy. I have no issues and they actually love when I do returns because they don’t get any of those items in their store.
It's funny - the other outlet in my area (further away but gets better stuff) has no problem doing them. I am not sure what the logic is.
Maybe it was my computer? I was able to get in on my phone. I can get in now this evening. I drove to the outlet today to check out what they had and I had an extra 20% off $200. Needless to say.....I came home with some! Reveal photos tomorrow! I knew I should have stayed home!Did you get in? It's working fine from here.
I asked my outlet tonight and they don't do price adjustments on items purchased from the online outlet. They told me it is a separate "company". I can understand but if I returned the bag there and someone else decided to buy, they would get the 70% off! Again....Coach not making sense to the customer perspective.
Exactly so that would be my approach and if you ever call or chat this what the reps tell you to do for both types of stores. Also I tend to press them just because of their inconsistencies. Can’t wait to see your reveals. My outlet never has much....
I don't have easy access to an outlet store, so I am usually happy to get a great Reserve style at 50% off. I prefer to buy when something is new to the sale and I have a chance to get a "factory wrapped" bag instead of waiting on 70% off and getting a dud that someone has left dirty kleenex inside.Makes me less likely to make a purchase without the additional discount!
So yeah, a larger discount is nice but not the only consideration for me.
