My outlet used to not get much for deletes at all but has been seeing more. I don't go out there often and usually just for the Coach outlet. I tell myself I am better off not going to be tempted! I almost wish I was further away so I make online purchases with more thought. I recently read they might put in some outlets on the waterfront in Cleveland and Coach was a listed store. I've heard this before so I'm not holding my breathe especially with the decline in retail. There is little shopping in the City of Cleveland itself so this was their answer to it. We'll see.....I don't have easy access to an outlet store, so I am usually happy to get a great Reserve style at 50% off. I prefer to buy when something is new to the sale and I have a chance to get a "factory wrapped" bag instead of waiting on 70% off and getting a dud that someone has left dirty kleenex inside.So yeah, a larger discount is nice but not the only consideration for me.

I had way too much fun at the outlet yesterday! All 70%, wallets extra 20% and I had a 20% off of $200 coupon on top of that!!

How were you able to get an additional 20% off coupon, was it the one that comes in regular mail ?
From what I understand, it comes via email. For over a year I didn't receive Coach emails. I unsubscribed from the accounts I set up with them and waited a week or so and then resubscribed. I now receive emails and will get the 20% off email. I have a few email accounts with Coach and it seems to go to the two I don't use to shop with! Since it is Coach, there is no rhyme or reason. You can't use logic when you deal with Coach! LOL!Nice goodies

To compare and contrast customer service, I purchased a Hammitt small VIP bag last night at Dillards since it had been marked down. The sales associate went to see if there was supposed to be a dust bag and came back and said it doesn't come with one for this size bag. I was curious since I thought all Hammitt products come with a dust bag so I went to their website. It doesn't say if it comes with one so I sent a note to Customer Service. They responded promptly and told me the SLGs and smaller bags don't come with a dust bag but they will send me one! Now THAT is customer service!!!
