I called they said it seemed like the credit card had a problem - checked with credit card no problem. In the meantime 4 items sold out so I canceled the whole order. I'm really fed up with Coach.

I know they don;t need my business but in the past week they've put a hold on my debit card for over a thousand dollars for orders I didn't make on the retail site and failed to deliver items I ordered on the first day of the current FOS sale that are now sold out and my credit card company says there was no problem on their end.

I have some items from the previous sale I was trying to get better condition versions of that I will now be returning as well. And to be frank I'm so annoyed about this that I am considering returning a couple of bags I don't "need" because I don;t want to give them my business right now.
The same thing happened to me. I called customer service on Saturday to place my order because I was using a Visa gift card in addition to my debit card. The order went through and then I received a voicemail yesterday saying there was a problem with my cards. I checked my accounts and both charges were pending with no issues. When I called to see what the problem was, I was told the bank rejected payment. I let the rep cancel the charges and placed the order again and it went through fine. The rep also upgraded shipping to overnight shipping for all the trouble I went through. I think they know there is a system-wide issue with credit card charges.

I was at one of my local outlets at lunchtime on Monday, and the SA's know I'm a Coach nut. We were chatting about everything, and she mentioned that the outlet sales would be every day, all the time now, instead of the "flash sale" format. Interesting...maybe? I'm sure Coach will find some way to make it awful. LOL

Isn't this the outlet website used to be? And then they stopped doing as many sales because it was hurting brand value? And now that they're having a hot moment again, they're going back to their old ways that hurt the brand...

I wasn't around when the site was always open, had no idea! We'll see what's for sale and how much tomorrow! LOL

Looks like some Coach Reserve items were restocked, but they've gone back down to 50% boo

As for the outlet website, I signed up without needing to do anything but sign up? Just put in my email and I got the "congrats, you're in!" message. That was several months ago.

Sorry - I should have been more exact. They had so many sales that it was effectively open all the time. Like how it's been recently. Maybe a couple days closed here and there but, by in large, available.

As for the outlet website, I signed up without needing to do anything but sign up? Just put in my email and I got the "congrats, you're in!" message. That was several months ago.
All the reserve items in my cart went out of stock, but i do see that they are 50% off now.
