So I sent an email to customer service asking if there was a delay in an order I placed last week and they responded they were in the process of verifying my order and would send a shipping notice when it shipped.

What does verify mean?

Coach is driving me nuts lately they have well over a thousand dollars pending on my debit card and several hundred on my American Express for non existent orders and now I hear that they are verifying an order. Not to mention I still have an item from when they first put the Disney up on backorder.

I don't understand why they make it so hard to give them money.

Poor hay 25 arrived so smooshed, handles tucked in, shoulder straps shoved in pockets where handles were tucked in and a black skid mark on top. Yikes.
Snakeskin whiplash is gorgeous and perfect!
So instead of calling CS for a return label do you think they'd care if I sent back with a UPS label from a FP order?
I'm just curious... did you use the FP prepaid label to return? I got a FOS dud and I wondered if I could use a FP order return label.

I emailed CS and they sent me a label. I just sent back another order from last week where the bag was scratched up and strap mangled, but this time used one of the prepaid labels from the retail store that is a blank label. I debated using one from an online order, but didn't know if the barcodes on there would bring up a different order and confuse them. It would probably be ok I imagine if you line through the barcode...

That is what I was always worried about ....the confusion of the different orders, but I know many have done this successfully.

That is incredibly frustrating. And not the first time I've been amazed that some brands make it so difficult to buy their product.

I usually call for a free return label if I feel the reason for return justifies it--something wrong about the bag, etc.

I called for a label. Thanks for the responses. (I see that the prepaid labels have order info barcodes on the bottom, which could be "trimmed" off, but I decided not to risk it.)

So...even though I said I wasn't going to order the Dinky with Quilting...I did. I just needed to see how much the 1941 Dinky with Quilting in Oxblood was like my Coach New York Turnlock Crossbody in Oxblood.
To me, the colors appear different. The quilting, IMO, brings out a richness. What do you think?

Also, I have been loving a crossbody with changeable straps for a night out lately. MCM has a very similar design to the Dinky now and I couldn't resist. I think I'll return both black MCM and black 1941 Dinky, though. The Cognac is beautiful, but now I need to compare it to a Beechwood Dinky with embossing...*sigh* I mean, it's a quarter of the price with FOS!
