Id call. That happened to me and was told Sunday on backorder and may or may not be fulfilled. I canceled. Low and behold item available again yesterday. Took a shot and ordered...this morning on backorder. I don’t think their inventory tracking is very good. I’d call though if I were you.So, I ordered on March 4 and the order is still processing - should I assume it's going to be canceled?
I called they said it seemed like the credit card had a problem - checked with credit card no problem. In the meantime 4 items sold out so I canceled the whole order. I'm really fed up with Coach.Id call. That happened to me and was told Sunday on backorder and may or may not be fulfilled. I canceled. Low and behold item available again yesterday. I know they don;t need my business but in the past week they've put a hold on my debit card for over a thousand dollars for orders I didn't make on the retail site and failed to deliver items I ordered on the first day of the current FOS sale that are now sold out and my credit card company says there was no problem on their end.
I have some items from the previous sale I was trying to get better condition versions of that I will now be returning as well. And to be frank I'm so annoyed about this that I am considering returning a couple of bags I don't "need" because I don;t want to give them my business right now.
I feel your pain. And what I am going to say now I promise isn't to minimize your troubles, but I have learned when things get really difficult when it comes to something as simple as trying to buy a bag, it feels like a heads up to me that it is time to take a break and enjoy what I have. I have had cycles of difficulty and it is frustrating, and a few things will happen all at once in regard to buying, and I consider a warning of sorts that it is time to slow down. Maybe this isn't your case, but it is usually true for me.I called they said it seemed like the credit card had a problem - checked with credit card no problem. I was thinking the same thing when I was reading the post. My 'intuition' or whatever you call it works the same way. If things get that hard for something that should be simple, I take it as a sign to walk away. If I persist, things end up not working out in some way. The last one was kind of the same for me with a bag on Merc. I had tried to accept a counter offer from a seller and pay with my CC 4 times and it kept giving me an error message. I had to change the card to Debit and I was able to accept the counter offer .... only to have the seller cancel my order the next day. It was a REALLY good price so I think they had second thoughts. But yeah. And I thought I was the only one who observed this kind of stuff.I feel your pain. Yes, it is exactly that kind of thing that happens that makes me think....hmmm...is this like an intervention? lol. Whether it be an order that can't process correctly, or the items don't work out, etc, etc, after a bit of that it makes me very aware all of the sudden.I was thinking the same thing when I was reading the post. I can't believe it. That's insane. They need a better system for releasing the money because even 2 days is too long. They better start paying us dividends for the time they have our money lol. But seriously, I wonder if you will end up resenting these bags by association because of this situation and maybe it is better to just return them.I called they said it seemed like the credit card had a problem - checked with credit card no problem. That is how I often feel if a bag is troublesome. I just want to get rid of it and the bad vibes...I can't believe it. That's insane. I was just about to post the same thing. I have a second email I have signed up with but don't use it for anything except receiving emails from Coach. Funny thing is, I get more promo emails to that account including the discounts than I do to the email I actually use to log into the outlet.Interesting email just received...
