I ordered a Suede Rogue (i think it was a retail model from 2017) and it came well wrapped but with obvious wear to the hardware/feet and no hang tag. I was able to negotiate a credit + a recplacement hang tag) with coach otherwise it would have been going back. The bag is amazing and really the gunmetal hardware will take some wear, but it was certainly not the quality i would expect from a "new" bag.

I have gotten bags from both the retail and factory site that look used or poorly stored. It is so frustrating when it's one that is sold out too. During SAS it took 3 tries to get the one rogue that wasn't a wreck.

That sucks. My Zoe Barrel and the bag charm were perfect and amazingly packed, and I had hopes this would be the trend. Oh well, I got a steal on a retail bag that I would otherwise have not been able to justify/afford + and a cherry credit to go buy a matching wallet. Guess its a solid win. :confused1::nuts:

That's why I didn't ship it back - I'm in Canada so no free returns and the cost was prohibative, along with being unsure i would be able to get it replaced.

I did call, gave them the style numbers for both the croc and the teal alligator (cause if I’m going to make the checkbook cry, I might as well make it sob despondently), and was told a supervisor would need to review inventory and call me back. I’ve never tried placing a phone order, much less one for that amount, so who knows if that’s standard procedure or what. Part of me wants to be the annoying customer that checks in every 30 seconds going “do you have it yet?!!”, and the sensible part of me, the part that’s feeling nauseous at the thought of spending that kind of money on an ACCESSORY, is saying “don’t you dare answer that call...”

the metallic blue rogue 25 I ordered last week arrived looking like it had been run over by a truck. It was even missing color on the entire front of the bag. I shipped it back on their dime. Not sure how items like that get sold. It was completely wrapped up too so someone saw it was damaged. Sheesh!

it boggles my mind that they would even try to sell it to you. did they think you wouldn't notice??????

I just got one for the ivy Rogue, it’s supposed to be here Thursday! *happy dance*

Meanwhile, CS called back while I was elbow deep in a heifer trying to reposition a calf with a leg back (we’re lambing and calving today. Hooray. At least it’s sunny out.). They didn’t leave a message, so I’m trying to be a responsible adult and not call them back. I’m dreaming of exotic Rogues though, so we’ll see how long I hold out...
