I have gotten bags from both the retail and factory site that look used or poorly stored. It is so frustrating when it's one that is sold out too. During SAS it took 3 tries to get the one rogue that wasn't a wreck.Has anyone found that their bag appears to have been a return?
I ordered a Suede Rogue (i think it was a retail model from 2017) and it came well wrapped but with obvious wear to the hardware/feet and no hang tag. I was able to negotiate a credit + a recplacement hang tag) with coach otherwise it would have been going back. The bag is amazing and really the gunmetal hardware will take some wear, but it was certainly not the quality i would expect from a "new" bag.
