Really? maybe it will be, but no guarantee there. I would say 80% of the bags I have purchased from the outlet were not. It is a gamble one takes when they order off of FOS, and we are all aware of it when we order.

I am proud of you, and those are good reasons! Returning to outlet is much worse, esp for a large bag given you have to pay for it yourself for outlet purchases. I mean, they will pay return shipping if you call them, ask for a label because something is wrong with the bag. But it is still a hassle.
and if you were having doubts now, you most likely would when you received the bag. Sometimes we are sure of something we purchase, until we aren't. lol.
Has anyone found that their bag appears to have been a return?
I ordered a Suede Rogue (i think it was a retail model from 2017) and it came well wrapped but with obvious wear to the hardware/feet and no hang tag. I was able to negotiate a credit + a recplacement hang tag) with coach otherwise it would have been going back. The bag is amazing and really the gunmetal hardware will take some wear, but it was certainly not the quality i would expect from a "new" bag.

The fact that I’m spending another morning in the truck checking ewes and pulling lambs as needed doesn’t help- I’ve got plenty of time to harass CS. Nothing classes up a spendy bag like a stinky barn jacket and muddy boots!

I’m trying to stay on my mission to downsize. I have moments where I feel I can live with very few bags that serve their purpose and then days I want something interesting. Trying to stay focused to my end goal and providing shelter to handbags isn’t it!
And I am looking at anything and everything I can sell/return to keep this bag. We are funny people. I felt the way you do about the two haircalf rogues and CS was able to reroute them back to JAX before I received them. This one I have none of those feelings.

No, I’m terrible about changing bags on a regular basis, and we very rarely go to anything requiring “good” clothes. So, IF I can actually get this one again, (unlikely) it’ll probably be my go-to everyday bag for several months, which is really kind of ridiculous considering the cost...
If you call them maybe they can get it for you? I would do it before this sale ends.
ETA - I don't think it's ridiculous to use it every day because otherwise why have it? This is JMHO.
Oh - I wish I could have bought it from you - I absolutely love it! It is just my style and not just because it is rare or expensive

Ditto! When i got to work it mostly sits on my desk and my coworkers ohhh and ahh over it. But I almost never go anywhere. It will definatly be my go to for quite a while.
Definitely. It has happened to many that order on FOS. That is why everyone just hopes for a good bag! Most of the time they are fine to some degree, but sometimes they look used.
