I think the difference this time was that something said reserve was 70. Yes normally it is under exclusions, but they changed some of their advertising this time around to make it more conflicting than usual.
I received one email where the subject line was: "Announcement: 70% off Coach Reserve Styles Starts NOW". But they were only 50% that day. I had to go back to the email to see if it was between certain hours because they got you all excited with "now" all in caps! I had to call CS and inquire and their answer was the 50% and 20% add up to 70%....Coach is not good at math.

Me, too! For a long time the online site wouldn't take my debit or credit card and I'd be forced to use Paypal. Because of the return issue with Paypal purchases, I called CS to figure out why does this happen. They told me the information on your account has to match that of your debit/credit card. It did but still wouldn't work. I think I figured it out and it worked one time but haven't tested it lately. I make sure the email address entered in my order matches that of my bank and doesn't have to match my Coach account. I log in to Coach with the email account I used to sign up with Coach but when processing the transaction you have to enter your email and entered my banking email and that seemed to work!

They do not!!! I was all excited when I saw that email too!

If you saved a credit card in their system, and then you get a new card with the same number but a different expiration date, their system won't let you update the card or add it as a new card or even delete the old card.

I had that problem too, but then I did a chat and they told me to delete the card and put it in new, and it let me. But before that I couldn’t get it to do anything. So annoying.

I received my Beechwood link duffle today. The color is really pretty and different from any bags I have. I did call to see if they would do a price adjustment yesterday but they said they don't do that.
 
My Dreamer 36 in Cypress arrived today...in terrible condition. It's already on its way back. However, they had the one last Dreamer with scalloped rivets available on the regular Coach site, and I grabbed it. Here's a stock photo I found of it (it's no longer on Coach.com, since I bought the last one).

I'm so sorry it was in terrible condition. The new bag is lovely so I hope it's in good shape on arrival!
