All of these are beautiful! I love how dainty the tea roses are! I really like your little zip card case. Does it have card slots inside?
Thank you! It has them on the other side and the zip portion is just an open pocket.

Veining aside, I thought the ones that go to the outlet do get an F stamped on them but the quality is the same. Is that wrong? There was an uproar as the Dinky showed up in the outlets with an F stamp a little while back.
My other two retail bags I've recently bought in the outlets had no F on the creed patches, so maybe what we've seen recently with the dinky and other bags is what they plan to do moving forward. I'll plan to take another look at the bag to make sure I'm giving it a fair shake, but my first glance was that it wasn't the same quality as mercers I've seen in retail.

It is difficult to add an F to a creed after it has left the factory. When retail bags go to the outlet, they usually get the target outlet stamp on a corner of the creed. If you see a bag with an F before the style number on the creed, it had to have come that way from the factory, or it was shipped back to the factory and the creed was replaced.

I’m dealing with the exact same thing right now. And even more bizarre, when I track it, it says its coming from Jax, but the shipper name says it’s Coach - AZ, Phoenix.
My Wizard of Oz keychain order was like this except it came from CA. It arrived earlier yesterday and it was obviously from a store... it was wrapped up all cute, in a dustbag and box with a handwritten "thank you" note!

Maybe your AZ order will arrive from a store all wrapped up all nicely as well!

They came in yesterday and weren’t wrapped too nicely, but they’re in good shape. The Double Swagger still had its dust bag so that’s nice. I only took them out long enough to check for damage. I’ll get them out again today to take pics and see what I decide on the styles, particularly the Double Swagger.

Do they really replace creeds? That seems labor intensive and a good way to ruin the bag. I thought the outlets just use the "bullet" mark on a FP transfer, although even that seems hit or miss.

Yes, bags transferred to the outlet usually have the bullet mark on the creed. We've seen some full price styles with factory creeds. There was a lot of speculation on how these bags ended up with factory creeds. Most likely, the factory creeds were put in before the bags left the factory, so Coach must have planned for it in advance.

I'm pretty pissed right now. I ordered a small little Mickey luggage tag for my mother in law (who loves Disney) and it comes with wrinkles all over and a stain in the corner. I called CS and asked for a return label to avoid the 45+ minute drive to return a $12 item. Well I had to be elevated to a supervisor to get my pr-paid label. Can't help but think it's because the past two orders I've done have had to be returned for damages (and at least one the "return reason" was rung up as "changed mind" even though I showed her the damage). So over this. But shipping back and on a Coach outlet hiatus at least until after the holiday season.

Does anyone else feel like they're getting more damaged goods than normal or is my threshold for what counts as damage just really low?

Definitely sub-par craftsmanship and not what Coach prides themselves on. I wouldn't want to give this as a gift (or keep for myself!) either.
