I was blocked out of the online sale for years (yes years) because I never got one of their magical invites and I couldn't log in. Well I could log in to see what I bought in the past, but not buy anything now.

A couple of months ago I bit the bullet, made a new email and gave it a try, requesting entry.

I've logged in but every time I go to buy I lose out before the order processes.

Starting to think it's just too much work.

I'm being choosy. I don't care for the "coated canvas" or crossgrain leather. And I'm looking for the really good mark downs. Maybe I should just quit?

i m tatally disappointed in coach outlet online coz i ordered 3 items like key charm ,wristlet , and mini bennet satchel ..i got only one item correctly and writslet is not correctly and bennet satchel is not came...i called cs lot time we ask track num then they says it s shipping from store ...after 4 days we called again for ask tracking num they says we appolozies this s out of stock ....really disapointed .. coz we ask lot to cs they says simply shipping from store yesterday only says this s out of stock ....i ordered date is nov 19 ..

I think much of it is frustrating, and it does make you want to quit. And to be honest, the times I manage to score a deal, it typically has been something I didn't want as much as I thought, and I probably don't have most of those bags anymore anyway. I think it is easy to get caught up in buying something because you got it cheap, but sometimes that means we choose things we didn't really want otherwise. I do end up missing out on most deals however, as if you don't sign into the sale right away most of the good items are gone...

Also, sometimes even if you CAN get in and purchase, they don't give you access to everything. For example, I was never able to see any of the Rogues in the last sale. Of course I would have loved one. Oh well. I see it as always being a matter of luck. That way I don't get frustrated.

I think you have hit the nail on the head. I think a whole lot of Coach' marketing strategy to get you to buy under pressure. Do it now or it will be gone. I'm just not willing to do that anymore, so I'll wait even if I "lose out"on something.
 
Hi, I received my Mini Brooke Carryall and I love the bag itself but the color is different than it looked on the site. This is my first time buying from the outlet online. I might possibly exchange for another color, but before I make the trek to the outlets, I wondering if anyone has seen the color Metalli Cerise in person? It looks like a shiny magenta in the picture but I’m not so trusting now. lol
 
My order "shipped" on 12/1 but has been untracked and in transit to ups since then. What gives Coach?!
It might be UPS too. I had a Pendleton order that kept showing on the ups tracking site as being at my local distribution site since Friday with no updates as to delivery. I called ups and they said I'm getting it today, but we'll see. I'm cold and I want my blanket :)

I think it’s UPS not updating or scanning it in progress. My order from last event was “shipped” on 11/29... but in reality it sat in “label created” status until it was delivered unexpectedly yesterday, 12/3. Even now, the only tracking info on the site shows just the 2 updates for label created & delivered.
I’m guessing with this busy time of year they aren’t as diligent with the scans...?
