Well the online sale is back Friday the 22nd hopefully there will be some newness and less technical difficulties!

I just ordered the gold teddy bear charm and I didn't have any issues. I should have bought it at the outlet when I had the chance, but I am glad to get it now!
If you are encountering tech problems with the site, try switching to a different browser. I was using Internet Explorer and I didn't have any problems with the site and I successfully put a few items in my cart and reviewed the order before making a final decision to only get 1 item.
I have found any issue I ever have on the site is with items that are "almost gone" or better yet sold out anything in stock is usually fine. this stuff blows out so quickly its insane. I got my mom, and my two grandmothers the mini kelsey bag in different colors (starting Christmas shopping earlier)
I have had several invites to the FOS but this was first actually time buying anything. I usually just look at what is available and close the browser. But I have been eyeing up an LV cosmetic pouch or toiletry pouch, and while I can justify price to myself of a lot of my LV items was having a hard time with a cosmetic pouch/toiletry pouch. I checked out the regular Coach online first during their fall event and was not too enthralled with any of the choices. Ended up on FOS (did not even know there was one as I had overlooked invite and likely deleted it) and ended up ordering some cute coated canvas cosmetic pouches and wristlets from there instead. Plus a couple card holders, skinny minnies, and a 4 Key Holder for my less used keys (have an LV one for my most used keys). Even with shipping and exchange, it all ends up costing quite a bit less than one LV pouch, plus a little more colourful and I won't feel as bad about the abuse they may get carrying my odds and ends 
Anyone know how long it usually takes the Coach Outlet to ship out items? I ordered Monday and it is still in Processing status.

It depends. Often when I log into my account, old orders will still say processing. I don't think you can rely on that. You should get an email telling you when it shipped. This usually happens 1 to 4 days after the order is placed. It takes a lot longer to get your order than from FP. They use a very slow shipping service. Returns from coach.com are free, outlet you pay return shipping.

When I order from the FOS I always pay with a credit card, because I can return it to the outlet myself at no charge (they will refund to the same credit card.) If I pay with Paypal then I have to ship it back to Coach and pay the shipping charges.
