I am too far from an outlet too. And I don't even get free returns with FP. Even though they now have a "Canadian" website for FP, it all ships from and to JAX and still no free shipping (flat rate) or free returns.

It depends. Often when I log into my account, old orders will still say processing. I don't think you can rely on that. You should get an email telling you when it shipped. This usually happens 1 to 4 days after the order is placed. It takes a lot longer to get your order than from FP. They use a very slow shipping service. Since I live a long way from Florida, it usually takes 10 to 14 days for me to receive my order, long enough for me to forget what I ordered.

Just got shipping notice so three days. Since I have to actually pay for shipping hopefully it does not take that long! It says 4-5 days but I will see when UPS updates.

I am still on ban island for the online coach outlet but it didn't stop me from getting some items from the brick and mortar a week ago. I plan to return one thing though, I can't even say why I bought it. It was a tea rose charm that I really don't need and it wasn't that great of a price (was a boutique delete). But I will be keeping my patriotic tea rose Dinky, thank you!

I just got an email yesterday about a new larger size Lexy. The regular has never been large enough for me so I am very anxious to check it out. I was always a fan of the regular size FP Phoebe. If anyone gets to the outlet before the next online sale can you please let me know what you think and how much larger it really is than the regular size Lexy? TIA!!!

The bird charms and snowflake in today’s sale look very pretty and big sized from what the have listed. I would like one of each but don’t want to pay shipping for that and since moving I’m a few hours away from any Coach store now I have to be more selective on what I buy from factory ;( but it looks like some pretty things in this sale
