Grabbed a couple pairs of the black Lara flats at $37.50... 2 different sizes since I'm between sizes most of the time!
The main page said "sold out" but if you click on the item there are other sizes showing available I also grabbed a scarf from the Reserve section and added a couple things to save on shipping. I have to make a trip to the outlet within the next month so I'm not worried about returning the remainder... plus whichever flats don't fit, lol

Agree. And so far not even bigger wallets. I hoped some larger wallets would be marked down. Will keep checking back. I did notice yesterday that some things are dropping randomly. Usually just a couple $$. Oh well.

I got an email back from coach saying they couldn't cancel my second order b/c it's already being prepared for shipment. That's a bit frustrating. I guess it gives me a good excuse to go to the outlet store to return it. However, I have a feeling they won't refund the $10 shipping fee, which means I'm out $10 b/c of an error message they had on their website. Ugh!

Same.. I'm not expecting my $10 back either.

I placed an order 3 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I called customer service and they said that "it should ship within the next 2 days". Well, I should hope so!

I emailed them because the pending charges on my credit card disappeared, not pending or posted, but still pending in PayPal so I was getting worried. They said it's preparing to ship tomorrow so we'll see...

It is pretty normal for pending "holds" to "drop off" after a couple days. Initially when you "buy" the payment system just checks you have enough to pay/ability. If they don't actually charge until you ship the hold may drop off prior to then. I would not read much into it!

I got a shipping notification this morning before 7am... My order was placed Friday when I posted the message above. I'm not in a huge rush because everything I bought was a selfish "me" purchase, but it's always interesting how some FOS orders ship within a day or 2 and others take much longer! Mine were all from the reserve so maybe that's a hold-up? Lol

I got my shipping notification this morning too, and all 3 of my reserve items are still listed! The order is expected by end of day Friday.

I ordered Thurs. morning, received shipping email Thurs. night with delivery date this Thursday. Fast shipping email doesn't necessarily equal faster shipping.
