I should've called them instead, but again their website told me to email to get a faster response. I might have been able to cancel it if I called right away. I emailed them at 8am and finally got a response today at 1pm. So much for faster response! :annoyed:

I called them just now and they are going to refund my whole second order. Whew! I'm so glad I called. At first they weren't going to refund the shipping fee, but after I mentioned the website error, they are acknowledging the problem with the website (she said they're getting a lot of problems like this lately), so I am getting a full refund! Yay!

I'm glad you got your refund. I called them right after I seen I had multiple orders. They knew I was upset and did cancel all the extra orders. I know they don't normally cancel orders for change of mind, but since they knew it was their fault, they took care of it. Plus when you think about, isn't there a limit on how many things you can order? I was way over that limit.

I also saw the MFF whiplash bags with the F in front of the style number. I may be wrong but I thought that the leather seemed thinner and the bags were lighter than the FP version - but I didn't have one on-hand to compare!

Yeah, I think they can tell when someone accidentally orders the exact same thing multiple times. If someone wanted to order more than one of an item, they would simply increase the quantity to save on the shipping. I'm surprisingly satisfied with the customer service. I was totally expecting to be screwed by them b/c I just don't generally have high expectations of customer service call centers.

You always have to read the official description very carefully. "Patent leather" should mean it's really leather, just the word "patent" means that it can be just shiny coated vinyl. For instance all those Liquid Gloss items from a few years ago were described only as Patent or "Patent Fabric" in the full descriptions and they're NOT genuine leather, which most resellers on Ebay and other sites either don't know or deliberately lie about. Coach's Liquid Gloss is coated fabric, not leather. The coating can be PVC or other chemical compounds. PVC coating is also used on some coated fabric items, and Coach has made some all-plastic items such as clear tote bags with printed graphics.

Patent may be easy to keep clean but it's very susceptible to color transfer, even more than regular leather, so you shouldn't carry a lighter color patent bag with any heavily dyed clothing like a denim jacket.

Thank you. I'm considering the debossed wallet on the sale right now, probably black, although the pink is cheaper. Will most likely wait to see if they're cheaper next sale (unless they surprise us w/ a one day free ship this time). The lightning bolt and cactus wallets are good price, but not sure about the emblems: too young? What do they even mean?! The zipper has white fabric on one side, might attract dirt. I tried for a half hour yesterday a.m. to put the python soft wallet in cart, til it finally said sold out. That was a great deal missed.
