There is no code. It just says "discount applied at checkout" and the usual stuff about how it can't be transferred. I also got the other coupon that has a code, but that one can only be used in store.

Hmm, well I have no idea then... probably better off, as I was going to buy 2 bags I absolutely don't need!
I don't have access but my sister does. She did not receive any emails about the additional discount but when she clicked on the "exclusive offer" on the far left under the heading, it gave her the additional off when she added to her cart. Not sure if that's how it's activated or what?
Interesting...... not only are some people getting locked out of accounts but now Coach is being selective on their offers to those they grant access to?! I would really love to know the marketing behind their strange decisions!
I agree. I got the email but I don't get the idea of excluding people from the factory sales???
Same here. I've been able to log in to FOS during the last 2 sales, but I do not have any menu options to select merchandise.
Thanks goodness I have connections at several stores if I want to buy something. Helps my wallet.
They've done that before. I remember times when other people got a coupon or free shipping, and I didn't. Sometimes I think they are doing market testing to see if the coupon actually results in more sales.
