If that were true, all of us would have been affected. Yeah, I sure wish their actions made sense, but they don't. Doesn't really matter, I'm not going to beg them to let me buy from them.

So I happened to be awake really early today because of reasons.... and I wandered over to the FOS early enough to actually get a few smaller things before they sold out. That never happens for me, lol. I checked and they were sold out *right* after I bought, but if I get a confirmation number/email I should be good right??

I'm in the same boat. Can't access the online sales since November. It does seem that my block coincides with a scarf I purchased and then returned to the same outlet location. If so, that's just crazy. When I got it home the colors didn't match the outfit I wanted to wear with it. I had no idea a single return would get me blocked!

I don't know if a single return would get you blocked... if so, I'd have been blocked a LONG time ago! Was there an "incident" with the SA as you were returning or something?

Not to sound weird, but I probably return at least 50% of my FOS purchases to the retail or outlet stores bc of issues with the items (color/size, faulty paint like some of the PacMans) and I also have returned a good portion of my outlet store purchases in the past! The 60 (now 30) day return period made me reconsider things much more carefully right after purchasing. So if I haven't used or decided where to gift something as I get close to that return deadline, I sweep it up and take it back!

I obviously believe that you and others are blocked, but I just don't know how it's decided... So strange!!
