Well, Coach accomplished what it wanted, the weather here is super cold so no trips to the outdoor outlet. No full price store in a 2 1/2 radius and no access to FOS, so no Christmas purchases from me, a 10 year customer. But I'm sure they will attract someone new with a "coupon" or invite of some sort.

hi, if I didn't get email from coach outlet that said that the sale has opened, and when I open the website and log in but nothing happen (I couldn't see the items sold, just home screen), does it mean that I got blocked out by coach? does anyone know why? is it because I bought too much on my last purchase? and if I did get blocked out, how can I revive my account? I have signed up using new account but I still haven't get my invitation.. will I only get my invitation on the next event? can I participate in this event? please help

I am the same as you,no emails. No access. I believe we are blocked and I don't think there's anything to do about it.

It does sound your account is blocked.

I was blocked out for over 2 years and then suddenly I was able to access again for the sale around Black Friday but now I'm blocked again.

I was initially told when I was first blocked that Coach "rotates" access but I find that hard to believe as I know friends that have had access for years and no blockage. When I would buy, it was only 2 or less items, I never returned any items either (others have suggested if you make returns, they'll block you)

It is frustrating to be blocked as I treasure everything I buy. It was fun to see some of the items on the sale as some items were exclusives in other countries and/or items I had never seen before. The worst part is watching people around me have access and buy items solely to turn around and resale them on eBay or their sites.

I wish there was a clear answer as to why Coach blocks some of us, it is a slap inthe face to those of us who truly love the brand.

I wrote Coach that I was blocked, and therefore not making any holiday purchases. I mentioned that I live 2 1/2 hours drive from a FP and that in this polar vortex weather I'm not going to the outlet. This despite being a 10 year customer of Coach.
I got the canned reply about how FOS access is "random" and a cheery encouragenent to shop at FP, despite my just having said I don't live anywhere near one. They didn't even say shop "online."
Stupid Coach.I've been wanting a Rogue, but I'm not parting with that kind of money when I'm a blocked customer.

Did you try signing up with another email address? The email address I used for years as a customer was not able to get into the online factory sales. I had friends who rarely bought from Coach who had access and it irritated me. A few years ago I signed up with an alternate email address and that address works despite my account having the same shipping info as my original one.

Yes, I tried with a second one some time ago. It too is blocked,same shipping address because,well I only live in one place!

How many somersaults does one have to do to have Coach let you buy from them?

I believe it's the jewelry box. I saw them at the store, they came in the black, metallic reddish and the platinum gold color. I didn't buy one but they were cute. They had a divider and a section for rings.
