ok this really upsets me, I'm new to this forum, and I guess I know now that its taboo to post on old threads, sorry but if you think this thread is way old and shouldn't be talked about then why post after me to keep it bumped on top.
I think this was a great and juicy thread that has the possiblity of hitting the outside world. Making a difference or something like that. maybe not

Welcome to the purse forum. Some people can be snippy, you just take it as it happens. Just like real life, people can have bad days, or be in bad moods, or whatever. Try not to take it personally. But at least now you know about "necroposting". (I'd actually never heard this term until my boyfriend told me about it from a forum he's a member of!) It's kind of like message board etiquette. If a post is more than a month or so old (or whatever time period you deem appropriate) maybe just read it, but don't post? I think people just posted the link to this thread more as a reference, than for people to actually start posting and bringing it back up again. Don't let it stop you from posting in the forums though! Nobody meant any disrespect or insult.
as an addition- we encourage people to search for answers on the board before posting new questions. so it's really not that bad. if it's a topic that doesn't need to be discussed or brought up again, it can be closed. but nothing wrong with additional conversation.

If the thread upsets you or just doesn't interest you.... just don't click on it.I don't think she meant it about the poster who brought it back up again, just the thread itself. She works for Coach now, so she has a whole different perspective on things. What I got from her post was she was tired of the thread, not honey.

Welcome to the PF, old threads make comebacks at times and there's nothing wrong with. If you're new and want to add something or if someone is following up...etc
Don't take it personal, you did the right thing by searching about a subject first instead of clogging up the board with a new thread, I wish more people would do it.
Oh and by the way... Welcome tp tPF! we are usually a nice group, please hang around awhile and see.
LOL yeah it wasn't anything toward honey at all. I just wished the thread ITSELF would die, I thought enough badmouthing was done on it, just my personal opinion. Had nothing to do with anyone posting on it.

Don't be upset! Welcome to the forum!! There's no rule about posting in old threads, they come up time and again! And it was stuck in the other newer thread to give those who wanted more information the chance to read it. Anyway, I think it's a good thing to know what NOT to do to get yourself banned from buying Coach! Since I live 4 hours away from an outlet and a boutique, I'm in no real danger of being banned from Coach! LOL!
Look at it this way, you are profiting from them! You are infringing their rights as a company to sell their goods! You are paying discounted prices for goods and reselling them for profit on ebay and to your family. How is that legal? If everyone who resells thinks they are doing something legal, they aren't. You're profiting from reselling THEIR items with THEIR name on it. I can understand why you were banned.
