You are so welcome! Try clicking on Jess' profile name and then select "start conversation", that will take you to a private email. I never heard being a new member will not allow you to do a private convo. From what I heard, authentication is a courtesy and it's based on the time the authenticator has to get back to you so sometimes it can take a while. Hopefully you're able to return the bag if it is not authentic. I ordered a bag from Fashionphile (Stella McCartney Falabella Fold over) also black with black (or dark ruthenium) hardware. I'll see today of it's black hardware or dark ruthenium. I'll be posting it as well to see what Jess thinks. Wishing the best on your bag! Share with purseforum once you receive it!
This is an authentic Falabella mini in the color ruthenium. I have the same exact one! The material is a chamois as opposed to shaggy deer which I prefer even though I have both. It’s personally my favorite color Falabella she made and she even brought the color back a couple years ago.
The black with black chains is nice too but it comes down to preference. I’ve owned an all black foldover and small tote and decided I personally prefer the silver chains. I’ve also bought gold chain bags but sold them. You can’t go wrong with any Falabellas in my opinion! Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions or you can write to Jess.
Hi Jess! Yes I totally agree that the zippered card holders are the best! I had a pretty pink Valentino card holder and sold it because after using the softer Falabella one I found getting the cards out of it a pain. A lot of times when running errands I’ll just throw my card holder in my pocket instead of carrying a heavier bag. It’s just easier for quickly running in somewhere. Do you tend to prefer smaller bags? The LV speedy 25 is even harder to get my hands into! Have you ever had a tiny Falabella? That’s one bag I’ve never had. I love the crossbody rectangular ones but they hold nothing. They just look so cute! I’m going to check on my hot pink mini! Hopefully it hasn’t sold…and I’ll def post pics when I get one!The zip card holders are the best. I have the black one with the silver hardware. I did have other smaller card holders without the zip top but I prefer the zippered ones. I did have a long wallet in burgundy with silver hardware but sold it along with the matching small tote (definite regret). Congrats on your 3 new Fendis...I've been eyeing one myself. I actually want a logo one. I never wear my speedy 30...wish it was a 25. The Falabellas are great because I don't have to worry about them and they still dress up an outfit. Of course they don't fit every occasion but for me they are great daily bags that are worry free. Good luck on getting the hot pink mini. Please post it if you do.
I’m so happy to see all the interest in Falabellas again! It’s nice to know ppl still want them and are checking here before purchasing! I just saw a slew of new fake minis on eBay for like $145 🙄. It really disgusts me how people can rip ppl off so easily without a conscious. Let’s hope they’re potential buyers find this site before purchasing!

Oh yes I know how addicting these bags are! There are no red flags with the gray foldover therefore it’s definitely authentic. I personally love the gray as well and have it in a small tote. It’s a classic color. You’re right that it looks to be in excellent condition too. I recommend stuffing them when not in use and putting them in any type of dust bag. I’ve even used pillow cases when I had nothing. Doing this will preserve the shape of the bag. And congrats on buying the ruthenium shiny dot bag! The color is gorgeous in my opinion! I have a Shaggy Deer Falabella Foldover. Do you recommend stuffing the Shaggy Deer since it's just a flimsy bag? What I do now is place the chains inside the bag, smooth the bag out so it has no crinkles and just fold it twice ( 1 horizontal fold and 1 vertical fold) and place it neatly in its dustbag. Will I cause damage to the fabric? I have so many bags that if I can save space doing that for storage it's a blessing. Lol. I will cycle the bag out often so it won't stay folded for many months not being used. Your thoughts? Thank you!
I deal with quite many Falabellas (collect them and also sell them), yours look 100% as it should. Have a grey one too. Tags look as they should. A beauty!
Have had Falabellas that are 7-8 years old and even when I received them totally wrinkled, in a couple of hours they have "unwrinkled" themselves when laid out. Partly why I love them, the material also just lasts and still is beautiful with age. I would be more careful with the chain, to keep that nice plating on what is usually a brass chain, try not to carry it too much in greasy or sweaty hands
