I think it might be because Pasquale is closed for renovations (which I discovered after driving all the way there from the Westside)? I recently went to Campus shoe repair in Westwood and they did a good job with red Topy soles (same as Pasquale), and for a little cheaper.

Thanks for the heads up, i have been waiting for a response from them to see if they can repair the soles of a pair i won on ebay.

I just shipped four pairs of shoes to Santana Creative... One pair of stiletto boots needing stretching, one pair of Manolos (Kilda style,) with a broken heel and in need of re-soling, one pair of CL's (black patent Pigalle Platos,) in need of a heel repair, and another pair of CL's (black patent decolletes,) in need of stretching in the toe box and new heel taps for all.

I am so nervous... I can't wait to hear from them with a quote and recommendations on what they can do. I will post here with results!

Hi im thinking of adding straps to my daffodil to make it lady and i am planning to use the leather spa in new york which is on the cl website. Has anyone ever done this?

Did you get your shoes back yet? I was hoping to see pictures of the results. My DBF just sent mine to be vibrammed

I live in NYC and haven't been too happy with the places here. I've got a few pair that need some help, and want to use Santana Creative this time around. How do you all send your shoes to get fixed? What service do you use and do you use insurance, etc?

Any details are appreciated!

My boyfriend just sent mine i haven't got to see them finished yet bc they are for my Bday. It took about a week and a half to two weeks from the time he mailed them til the time he got them back but that's because it was over thanksgiving. He just sent them USPS and insured them. I'll let u know more when I see them on Friday

Oh and he said he called before hand and enclosed a note with his phone number saying what he wanted done. They called when they received the shoes and told him what they could do and how much it would cost and they charge when they ship the shoes back to you. HTH

I took my VPs to Jack's Shoe Repair on Sutter. I dropped them off for an hour and a half and the total was $37.70. Here are the before and after shots. I'm very pleased.

Hello...I need to re sole and clean in Dallas. I hear about Deno's but not perfect? I can't afford to have these XMas gifts destroyed. Anyone with photos? Or who has been recently? Thank you!

Have any CL lovers in Vegas ever tried Shoe Lab? The Louboutin boutique referred me to them to get the Vibrams put on my new shoes, but I'm hesitant to shell out $50 without knowing if they'll keep my Pigalles pristine (I still haven't worn them!).
