HELP! One of the heels of my New Simple Louboutin is broken. While the heel has not completely broken off, I can feel the break when I walk. It's hard to see b/c Again, it hasn't completely broken (not even through the leather) however I can see and feel a "lump" where the break has occurred. Can it be fixed an if so, where? I'm in Western NY but I'll send to Paris if I have to. Thanks so much ladies!

Hey ladies, I'm still looking for a good cobbler in Arizona. I can't send them to another state because I want to take the shoes with me on my upcoming trip to Ireland. Which is at the end of this month. I have to have the elastic lengthened on both my pairs of decocolicos!! HELP!!!!!

so i dropped my (new to me) shoes off at the 62nd street shoe store... picking them up on saturday... they were $35 to resole and replace the heel tips. i'll let you ladies know how it works out. **fingers crossed**

Just an FYI for the DC/VA ladies - Best Foot Forward in Pentagon Row now has a frequent customer card. You receive 50% off Sole guards or heel lifts (taps) when you purchase 5 of either. I've been happy with their work on my CLs, and they use the thinner red Vibrams.

i got my new to me clichy 100 resoled... they were in a deplorable shape when they arrived and the 62nd street shoe store did a great job! here are the results... :yahoo: the vibrams don't match a 100%, i think he ran out, but i'm really happy with the results. maybe next time i'll bring my own vibrams. :p

Does anyone know any good cobblers in Pittsburgh?? i have red soles to put on my shoes, but can't seem to find anywhere good (or safe looking) to send my beloved shoes!! please help!!!

Ladies-still looking for a good cobbler in the Austin/San Antonio area.
Also, I called the Leather Spa in NYC and talked to a very sweet man named Wilson. He was super nice but he recommended I just send in my shoes, he will take a look at them (warped wood on platform of Peniche) and call me with an estimate. I am used to a little more structure (they issue a case # that I reference or something other than just sending my babies to a man I have never met) :sweatdrop: and hoping that he remembers who they belong to (and doesn't lose my number while I will affix to the shoe with a post it). Have you ever just stuck your CLs in the mail and off to a spa they go....sight unseen and with a complete blind leap of faith? I realize that I can insure the package and they are reputable but wow!
