Hi Ladies,
I have a question...I chipped some of the red on the inside of the heel of my UHG (it got scraped on its debut on a bar stool). Anyone have luck with mending the red on the heel? I posted this in another thread as well because I am not sure where it belongs. TIA

If you go to the thread; My RED SOLE PROJECT, one of the posters posted some stuff called Plast-dip, and it comes in red. That would probably work to cover it up. It looks like it's the exact red color of the soles.

Good luck!

^I think any cobbler can re-sole any shoe (CLs included). Some stock red vibram, but others don't so you would have to buy the vibram yourself and bring it to them with the shoes.

dont know if this has been posted but i had a pair of cl's stretched at dinos in columbus circle NYC they did a amazing job and also offered me a guarentee (if they un-stretched or shrank she would redo them for no charge) they also have the red vibrams but i didnt get them...i also had her clean a pair of white suede boots for me and she did an AMAZING JOB th counter lady is very sweet and fun and friendly as well i totally recommened them!

Need Help!!
1. Suggestion of good cobbler in california (orange county areay)?
2. Should I use the CL first before I resole it? I saw different suggestion? I have pairs of CLs.. don't know if I should just bring it in to resole before I wear it? or use it first and then resole later? please advice!!!

CTS900!!!
did you find a cobbler in San Diego? I am here also (downtown) and have 2 new pair that I would love to have soled before I wear them...........

Thanks for any info or advice you may have!

Nico, thanks! I followed one of the sites on here (my red sole project) and ordered the red vibram soles.
I have the Wallis Mary Janes, sling back peep toe and Delic that I am getting soled before wearing.
I'll post after they are done. Fingers crossed. x

Thanks again!

Anyone know of a good cobbler in NJ, particularly South Jersey (Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Marlton, Medford, Deptford, etc)?

I'm looking to get 2 NP's straps cut/shortened at the back (they're a 0.5 - 1 full size too big and I read shortening the straps will do wonders).

thanks!!

After my last shoe guy ruined a pair of cl flats, I'm on a mission for a new cobbler. It looks like there are a couple great cobblers in the city. However, I live and work in the suburbs. Anyone have a place they'd suggest? :D

Just got two pairs of shoes done at Master Cobbler, 790 Winchester Blvd. in San Jose. They were $35 each. He put Varese soles on the So Prives:

And Chic soles on the Simples:
