Thx for your tip-off,calexandre! Unfortunately I live in sub-tropical Asia, where we don't have websites nor charge-sends! So u get what u see in the boutiques, that's it! Now that APdP was from last season, I can only select from Axis Mundi( I've got 2 cws already), les flots du cheval or Ors bleus d'Afrique if I want a red mousseline this season. Any advice? Has anyone around got a red les flots mousseline? I should be grateful if u could take a mod shot! TIA!

Thx fig! I really believe every cw of this design looks gorgeous. Fortunately not every cw is available locally or I might end up more than 2cws. Could u do a modelling shot of yours as well? I am sure it would be spectacular!

Hi calexandre,
I tried both your Axis Mundi cw7 & my intended cw10 numerous times this morning. I had a hard time deciding because both cws looked stunning! Your experience played out in reverse! I argued with the SA that the brown moussie (cw10)could not be the same Axis Mundi I had on at that very moment! Mine should be the regular version & the one laid flat on the table was a different version, called poudre version. I even put down a wager & then put down my own cw6 side by side with the cw10. Lo & behold! They really were the same design & I lost the wager!


I actually purchased cw7 Irise/Moutarde/Vert today. As promised, here is a close-up taken in daylight. I shall post a mod pic if u think that helpful. I find the design shows through well & the color subtle enough for 'serious' occasions. Calexandre is correct, this is a very different cw from my cw6. I would use cw6 for casual occasions & cw10 when I am wearing heels & a suit.

I guess if u don't have tons of mousses, it should be OK to get a duplicate for a wonderful design. OMG! I don't understand why I had to wear the same top for ALL my mod pics Must buy tops instead of scarves in future! They are way more gentle on my purse

Hi DLee - I am just wanting to confirm - these photos are of cw 10 and not cw 07, correct? I have purchased a cw 08 but am contemplating getting a 10 as well. Thank you!

Thx so much fig! Finally I get to see cw8 even though only in pictures! The changeant effect is TDF! Gorgeous! Spectacular! Particularly against a black background! Wear it in good health! Unfortunately none of the local boutiques has stocked it, so it will always be an unattainable, very desirable object to me. However, I understand u also have this very attractive blue les flots du Chevel scarf. Do tell me your opinion if I get it in red. Thx!

D Lee, I actually bought this in HK, but it would have been a few weeks ago now. If I see another one in a store, I will be sure to let you know. H has been coming out with some similar (at least to me) coloured reds for mousselines recently, so I am sure one will call your name sooner or later.

I am so sorry for the typo which confuses u. Yes, my brown scarf is cw10 poudre irise/moutarde/vert. Congratulations on your acquisition of cw8,the changeant effect, as Monceau says, is magical. Hope u get cw10 as well. U see, they are entirely different: cw8 is mysterious & sexy while cw10 is conservative & subdued. Calexandre also got 2 cws!Oh, I must also congratulate u on the baby as well!

Thank you so much for the clarification. My boutique described cw 10 to me as 'peach' and I'm not sure that's how I would describe it - it seems very subtle but very complex at the same time (if that makes sense?) - quite unlike anything else that I own, hence my fascination!

Ok so looks like we almost completed the Axis Mundi mousse cws. There are 7 colorways in total (at least in the U.S. as I'm aware). I'll summarize them up to make it easier for reference in the future. Reference code and cw code included in the file name.
S04: Chartreuse/Chocolat/Vert. Non-changeant. A beautiful monochromatic true green shawl with dark green hem, green leaf details, and brown tree branches, with chartreuse in the background. Must-have for green scarfies. Photo pending permission from a friend who has it.

S05: Sable azur/Ardoise/Rouille. Changeant (copper/blue sheen)

S06: Gris/Vert/Prune. Non-changeant
